I wear mine a whole week and longer, I find the wax helps retain my hairs moisture. I just ensure I do a super deep condition beforehand. I seal my clean hair with BCO then use my homemade flaxseed and marshmallow gel and finally layer the colour wax. My curls pop and my hair loves it. I just wish it wasn't so time consuming 🙄...even more reason to keep it in at least 7 days 😉
Sounds promising and I’m about to do another color this weekend, deep conditioned last night and moisturized! It does a wonderful job at making the curls pop, mindblowing!
I do the same thing! I wear mine for almost 2 weeks then deep condition🤗🤗🤗🤗

I've had out in my hair for almost a week but ima try and keep it longer I can do different styles all I need to do is wet it and add oil just to make it moveable and if needed ill add more of the paint my hair type is some of 2,3 and 4 at my crown but everyone's hair is different and I can do stuff with my natural hair that I wouldn't recommend to others (LOL)

Meleah It doesn’t stain, but I wouldn’t wear a white shirt just in case! And wear a bonnet or scarf at night in case the color transfers
That color is beautiful! I'm 57 and I've colored my hair for years and want to finally let my natural grey come thru. If I get the grey wax I'm thinking I could put that in as highlights so I don't have to cut it short. I could put it in and I won't have to chase the color line anymore. Thank you for the tips. I saw from another video someone posted that this product does in fact flake but from what you explained WHY it does that it makes sense to me. It's probably teal cuz teal has that effect on camera it tools blue but in real life it looks green but it's a mixture of both

The color always looks different because of different hair colors, I used hot pink and some areas looked red/ purple but the back was entirely hot pink

I came across your videos looking up How-Tos for natural hair paint wax (bought Mofajang brand) and loved your videos. I really try to seek out type 4 naturals whose hair type really matches mine and you're a close match. I also watched the video where you did the red look and you mentioned you rarely do wash n go's and me too. I've learned that wash n go's just aren't for me, but I'll try this approach when I use my hair wax. I got the orange color which I'm seeing isn't all that popular based on video results lol. I love this on you. I am trying to convince myself to give it a try but am not a fan of my natural wash and go. My front hair is straighter and frizzier but may try setting it the way you had it to see if that can be a look.

Hotness!!! I am definitely here for this hair wax this summer! I am not a wash-n-go girl, but this hair wax is enough of a style/character for me to get into it! Hey, do you think all the flaking you had from the blond hair wax was because you may have used a little leave-in cream conditioner vs leave-in conditioner spray? I really wanted to try that blond, but I combat this flaky scalp life enough to not just invite other flakes into my hair all willy nilly LOL

Everyone keeps saying that the wax gives your hair great definition but it's heavy and I have low porosity &heavy products make my hair look straight
Same i have to rub it in my hands then palm rub it on other wise my hair clumps up and does straight
It worked for me wearing it for a week honestly...but I use it on wash day. Wash day consists of deep conditioner and leave in but, my hair type is different and i don't have to apply product everyday. I can also just stand in a shower full of steam and my hair bounces back.

I tried the Gold color using the LOC method before applying the wax. My curl are well defined after using about 1/4 of the jar ( I was scared) It look great, I will defiantly try another color. My curl pattern is 4B-C .

How do you keep it from transferring to everything
I got short hair and i wanna do the color and finger wave should i leave it dry then do the foam fingerwaves of do it all at one time while applying the color
Do you put it in before or after applying your leave in conditioner

How long does it stay in your hair ?
It depends on what cream conditioner you use. I use cream conditioner as well as i leave some of the wash out conditioner in and my hair does not flake. I also have left the hair wax in for 2 weeks. I know breaking all the rules. I have had no issues.

I guess it’s a case by case basis b/c I have Type 3/Type 4 Hair. I only use cream leave ins with a cream styler when I apply my temporary hair wax & my hair has neva flaked.

How does it not transfer as much to pillows and hands after it has dried ? Because it has transferred to much even after i have applied it and dried it anytime i touched my hair it
I bought wax and put it on but I’m confused. I don’t know if I should just apply it after the wash and go with products or not?. I mean should I use the wax after rinsing out the conditioner without putting anything else on my hair to about it starts to flake?
I think the gold in terms of a look is my favorite but the red wash and go was fire! But this seems to be a fun way to create a different vibe instantly!! Are you trying the $400 hair dryer? Or any of the “new” rollers or wave formers?
The gold was more of a natural bold! YES, my wave formers just arrived in the mail! That’s next. I really avoid heat so I won’t be trying the $400 hair dryer.

What do I do when the hair wax gets on you’re clothes?
i've got 3a-3c hair and am hoping that it doesn't stretch out my curls too much since my hair is also finer. But really excited to try the pink on my red hair!
Just start with a little and gradually add product to avoid your curls being weighed down too much :)

There are but keep in mind that it’s a wash out. Just do it for the weekend on your day off or something :)

I tried the red and it damaged my clothes. I was washing clothes for days. Any extra tips for it not to transfer onto my clothes? I think i wore it for a week or two on my locs.
Just read lots of copy cats selling fake product resulting in complaints. If u have the original, add moisture to ur hair b4 wax using small amounts. Let it dry completely b4 it comes in contact with ur clothes.
It’s true. I have so many random companies sending me messages to promote theirs. Nope nope nope.
When I had dreadlocks, I tried this, and i had to dab it multiple times to remove the excess that could stain my cloths. I still do this with my loose hair, and it works for me

I didn’t use any lighting, just the light from my bathroom. The color is still ultra vibrant IRL

So I have relaxed hair and I like to wear sew ins with leave out and I was thinking of using color wax for those times that I want to have a full solid and vibrant color (blue,pink,red etc.) for my leave out without having to dye my leave out to match my color weave..also can u flat iron your hair with the wax on?
