THANK YOU SO MUCH. I was thinking of becoming an Amritdhari but two things stopped me. 1. I can't wake up early in the morning. 2. I don't know how to shower with a kirtan and kanga. I know how to if you are not washing your kesh but I don't know how to if I am washing my kesh. Thank you so so much, the Basics of Sikhi channel is what will help me become a singh of my guru. Thank you
ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ I al so glad!!! Guru kirpa
You very well explained all this that is our SIKH REHIT MARYADA. The true sikhs always believes ( and it is real fact) that Our Guru Akal Purakh Waheguru is always watching us and with us always and clearly see the true intentions (Neeyat) of Gursikhs whether his GURSIKH follows and practices the Rehit truly or not ( no matter where the GURSIKH is, in which condition the GURSIKH is). That's why the GURSIKH goes to sachkhand by the Guru Akal Purakh's grace ( by only and only truly honestly practicing rehit and Naam Bani Abheyaas).
Well said ji🙏🌸
Waheguru ji Ka Khalsa Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh je
Vaheguruji ka khalsa Vaheguruji ki fateh 🙏
I know all this..
but the way u explain it love it.
Thank you for your kind words 🌸
Thank you for such informative videos, the questions which people dont prefer to ask in open.
A great video for someone who urge to walk on the path of Sikhi, especially for beginners.
Thank you ji 🌸🙏
Thank you very much!
Vaheguru ji 🙏🏽
Oh no, the Malaysians are at it. But yes, no time for all this to be honest. A lot of AKJ vibes coming from this, very tailored.
I commend you for holding the Gurus original Rehat 🙏🙏🙏
Waheguru ji ka Khalsa waheguru Ji ki fateh
I wanted to that how i can keep kanga with me if i do nat tie dastar it keeps slipping out of my braid
You have explained very well the rehit Maryada of amritdhari Sikhs can you please tell how does the amritdhari girls keep this Maryada while in their menstruation because that would be difficult??
@@hhill7002 she didn’t ask you
Parcharaks: “why does no one want to take amrit”
Also parcharaks:
Do u think this kind of mindset is causing more probs in the Panth rather than solving them?
Whats wrong with it?
Well while taking shower in a bathroom. I remove my kachera till my feet lenght so it is still attached to my body and then i take bath to completly wash my body including genital area.. after taking bath, i put my dry kachera snd remove the wet one. This i do to maintain proper cleaniness and hygine.hope thats ok.
That's how ur meant to do it but don't let ur legs or feet leave the wet kacchera until u have one foot in the dry one
Same for me, as far as im informed the kachera should not leave my body.
@sarjodhsingh2032 ye its fine to take out one leg n clean ,u must always have one foot in the kacchera, honestly it's not hard at all bit like sharing a shower at the swimming pools u leave ur shorts on n wash, when ur washing ur hair which u should as guru ji's instructions every 2 days u just leave ur kirpan where it usually is and after shower dry and attach a new dry strap easy man
Tks well documented
If someone you loved so dearly gave you gifts that you totally adored, would you not want to keep them with you at all times? We throw objects we consider to be trash in the bin because we deem them to be of no value to us, but we cherish gifts given to us by ones we love. Yeah or nah?
Whose talking about throwing them in the bin ? Temporarily putting them to one side is not throwing them in the bin that's nonsense
If I got a gift from someone i loved i would cherish it and look after it. Just because I don't have it permanently glued on to me doesn't mean I don't value it
I asked one of this type of 'parcharak'.. can i wear a keshera with a rubberised naala since it's difficult for me to use cotton naala. He said ok, i can do it.
But when i asked can i have the rest of the keshera made of rubberised cloth too... he said, no you cannot.. it has to be cotton.
Oh my guru 😂
What a logic.
Sikhi is so fragile.. it's dependent on cotton and non cotton 😂.
The bottom line is, if there was rubberised cloth at guru's time.. he would have used it. The point is maintaining a discipline. Thats it!
As long as you are appropriately attired, it's enough... be it a suspender, boxer, shorts or whatever!!
Stay away from these brahman parcharaks under the garb of Sikhs.
Like to know where u got these rules from ? Whose maryada is this from ?
Bhai chaupa singh rehitnama, and apart from that the 5 pyare tell u to.
@@sarjodhsingh2032 what the 5 pyare tell u depends on what jathebandee u take amrit from. I'm guessing if u take it from AKJ they say this and maybe Taksalis
Have u read Bhai Chaupa rehatnama and do u agree with them in full ?
In his rehitnama it says do no trust women, give special treatment to Brahmin Sikhs, only marry within ur caste, only Brahman Sikhs can conduct marriage ceremony.......etc. There are many more i cud list which seem to go against Sikh principles
Do you deny those exist and if not do u agree with them ?
@@jagsingh828 did not know about the rest of the things listed, but even then nihang singhs taksali songh and akj all say the same thing. Which are the majority of the sikh comm
@@sarjodhsingh2032 i suggest u read his rehitnama in full if u going to use him for validation........ Sex with a Muslim prostitute is prohibited, that's also in his rehitnama i cud go on and on.
So in summary i severely doubt the authenticity of his rehitnama based on what i have read so far
How to protect hair getting wet by chlorine water while swimming. I don't wanna wear cap as its prohibited
Who told u that a shower cap is prohibited in Sikhi? That Hat/Cap is prob ref to a Muslim/Jewish Skull Cap or Mughal style Topi in the Rehatnama. It prob does NOT apply to Shower caps, Helmets, Tuques(to protect from cold), etc.
Wow I never knew all this

It's not needed it's all extra for people who think they are going to hell for being naked for 1 second.

@@rajahranjitI dnt think it’s that they going to hell as there’s no such thing
I’m shocked all those steps are necessary no one would see you in your bathroom alone if it was me I would think to put all your items on the side while showering would be suffice and then put them all back on once changed
@@jetindersingh8674understood it’s been corrected
The sweat in hair
Will it give scalp infection?
Wdym? Sweat in the hair aft washing yr hair??
Why does this need to be put on UA-cam when the 5 pyare explain all this in the amrit sanchar?
The title sounds so silly btw
Stick to the philosophy of Gurbani and history I think....
Ud be suprised how many people dont this, and its also foor people who want to take amrit, they can properly learn the ways this way. Cant seem to understand why u would conment negativly under this video?
I understand many people may not k know this, however there are some things we keep a discussion within the Khalsa only and this is one of them. The people who want to take amrit will be told by the 5 pyare, or will they not? This sikhiya is for the panth to tell you once you have initiated. Can you tell me, why is the amrit sanchar never broadcasted? This is a special moment for the Khalsa, so not a job for 1 individual. Plus titles like this gives the rest of the world the idea that we practice rituals, it takes away the greatness of brahm gian that gurbani offers us. I would understand this video for a 5 year old yes.
@@Thecityofbliss again its for sehajdharis, without ever doing nitnem or amritvela how are u supossed to do it as soon as the panj pyare tell to. U first need a little pratice in it, u need to make a habit. The same goes for showering and how to shower, only when someone knows how to live like a amritdhari they can be an amritdhari.
We are in private bathrooms where there is much less chance of something happening and same with everything else you got to move with the times.
Sikhi is born for the future not for the past mate u need to get with the times!!!
@@hhill7002 We came into this World Naked.
@@hhill7002 I have a feeling your not a Sikh the way you are speaking and commenting sounds like your taking the Mickey if im honest
I'm sure your allowed to take them off for washing yourself
Yes we r....these are the CULT of AKJS asking these stupid questions....
Nope you cant even sant gurbachan singh ji said the kakkars can never leave your body
@@o-datsingh7296 the whole sikh panth agrees with not taking them off and somehow u think its no problem?
No, you need to keep them on your body. We are warriors so we are meant to be battle ready at all times, regardless of what the situation entails. That means keeping your kacchera on and shastar with you
@@o-datsingh7296 You're the one who is misinformed, read before you speak
Did Guru Nanak wear these 5 Kakkar?didnt he, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th Gurus all wear a Seli Topi? And what did the sangat in their times do if the Kakkars were not commanded until Guru gobind singh Ji.
No first 9 gurus donot wear 5 kakar , if you say wearing 5k tuhnu rabb mil jao according to me it’s not correct bcoz eh v janyeo wala hisab ho gya , Guru Gobind singh ji ne 5k is krke dite c ki ohna da sikh wakra dikh sake,5k paa rabb milo k nae milo is naal koi lena dena nae I guess what I understood Baki sab da apna belive system
@@Navv22 well said this is what I believe also. Thought I was the only one thinking this lol
Exactly what I wanted to write. buy that logic Guru Nanak wasn't illumined and realized 1 Onkar..
It doesn't matter what they did fact is we have orders omfrom guru gobind singh ji maharaaj and he was ordered by god himself, go out there mate especially in india people are disgusting because of our 5k we are safer than ever! Even in west rap chance is still high so 5 k is even more important! Until sikhs rule the world there can never b peace war is just around the corner again as the thirst for blood never dies in false religions, the 5 played a major role in the past and will play an even bigger role for the future, we as sikhs thanks our guru ji for the 5 k and follow every order we possibly can
Good question
Akjs...u guys never cease to amaze me😂😂😂
What did she say that was wrong ?
@@SooBlue931 everything
@@SooBlue931he is a bot, dont listen to him sant ji said them self the kakkars can never leave your body
Rehitnama of bhai chaupa singh says that the ks are kes kanga kachera kara kirpan, and if u remove these from ur body it is unforgivable. U can look it up urself.
@@sarjodhsingh2032 Yes, they misinterpret that.
These are made up Maryadas. Extremely Exaggerated.
Unbelievable!
Please also focus on inner aspects of Sikhi -
1. Replace Self-centredness _Haumai_ with Humbleness _Nimrata_
2. Rise in intelligence, lower your Ego
_Matt uchi, te Maan neevaan_
3. Continuous remembrance _Simran_ as in "Sabnã jeeya kã Ek dãtã, so mai visar na jaa-ee"
Always remember that Inner aspects of Sikhi are eternal.
Outer aspects maybe adjusted as outer situation changes.
Example - We don't have to fight Mughals now.
But we always have to fight 5 inner enemies in the _Maarg_ of Mukti.

what a useless discussion why you people overseas wants to be abrahamic so badly
This is utterly embarrassing. Get real

@@jujharsingh4458 who taught this stuff to teachers ? Some people act like they own the universe and they know everything. It sounds like she asked god and now she is preaching the whole world. Because of these people our kids are not a bit interested in our own religion.
Thank you for the correction I really appreciate it.

I don't know where you got these instructions from, but they don't seem legitimate. This topic is so ridiculous, and has nothing to do with enhancing spirituality and connection to god. What kind of restrictions and rules are these? just to create arguments.
