What a great review, I will definitely go for the Flysurfer new Soul 2 6m - new generation just because of their improvement and colour. :-) Will recommend your comparison videos to my friends who loves water sports also! :-P
Very nicely done video. Keep at it. I know everybody likes to make suggestions but here’s one, the poor audio in the first 30 seconds or so almost had us turning the video off. Maybe just go back and do a voiceover instead of using the process go pro audio. Either way keep it up
So the audio in this one too is an issue? Seemed to me while editing it was just a little louder. I'll see what I can do, thanks for the heads up. I constantly keep having problems with my GoPro. Maybe time to switch brands.
I really enjoy your detailed reviews. Question, would you recommend the 7/8 meter souls for twintipping? I guess they work in strong winds but are they actually good for that/fun to ride in high winds or better stick to LEIs?
Yes I absolutely loved my 8m for twintipping. Has been my favorite size for TT. They didn’t make the 7m for the Soul2 sadly though and I never got to try that size sadly. I have done a couple reviews on the 8m in both generations. Here’s my Soul1 review of the 8m and I also did one for the 2nd gen as well. ua-cam.com/video/u5cn3iAfnic/v-deo.htmlsi=gqtH1Mw1clq5Jlqh
Ha, I was just comparing the leading edge which it seemed the Soul2 was a little better. That's just most likely due to the Soul2 being new compared to my well used Soul1.
Hello, :) nice video. can you tell me, did you ever try soul 10 or 12? I want to buy my first kite (probable old soul cuz money), but I am wondering between 10 or 12. for snow and land and maybe later water. I am beginner, 70kg. thank you for advice
I've had a 10m Soul V1 which was really fantastic. With your weight I would go with the 10m over the 12m, it should have more range. I only use them on the water though.

Hi Jason,
great review as always and still looking forward to get mine here in Dubai.
Thanks for the feedback! Which size did you get? You'll love it.

@@alefia3100 Enjoy! The 8m is my favorite size on twintip.

@@adventure-logs fantastic! This is really going to help me make a decision to purchase one! Cheers from the UK!
It's not fair to put Soul 2 at the top of Soul 1 making pressure on Soul 1 and than to say that Soul 1 looks less preinflated ;))
