The brothers arguing about who gets Helen after their bro dies is wild lol the man just died.
Paris died. And there was much rejoicing.
😂😂😂😂
Paris had a lot of nerve to ask Owino to cure him. She did well in refusing to help after how he treated her.
But to let him die though?
@@lostinthestorywithjeremymi9385 what else was she supposed to do; The other alternative is to help him and make him think that he can walk all over her
@@user-ob4sq6fi3s That is a good point. Foolish of Paris to dump her for Helen. She is a nymph aka minor goddess while Helen is just a demigoddess I say Paris made poor choice.
@@MinhNguyen-pk9qk true. But then again, his choice of a goddess to offer the apple should also be considered a poor one. A selfish and shortsighted one if I may say so.
With Hera, he could have become King of Europe and Asia combined. But with Athena (the best choice out of the three if you're asking me) he would have acquired wisdom and martial prowess. Traits required for a man of his time in order to get ahead in life and earn respect
@ΧΡΗΣΤΟΣ ΑΜΑΝΑΤΙΔΗΣ Defnitley. Hera and Athena offered something far more beneficial than a hot girl. Honestly, I would choose Athena as well. History remembers great leaders, generals, and scholars. Paris, on the other think with his pants.
I'm invested in this series more than day time drama
Me too for a year now lol
I don't think anyone but house wives is into day time drama
You speak no lies
Paris‘s first lover the nymph went poof the moment she dived into the pyre
Paris payed a deadly price for leaving Oenone for Helen.
Yeah serves him right
He deserved that
@@rosesoliman998 u never bring up the womans fault like helens flaws, paris was wrong for leaving oenone
but helen was also wrong no one talks about it
@@redspirit5885 exactly, she was such a narcissist. She is as much responsible as Paris. You can clearly see her pretty priviledge. People turned a blimd eye to her actions just because she was beautiful. Even to this day, people do not held her accountable for her actions.
@@noodles8951 yeah its unfair
Finally, the story I've wanted to hear.
Way better than the film "Brad Pitt's Troy"
And that movie was pretty good
Yeah and much better than Netflix Troy.
@@erlendkaarb2038 there's a netflix troy?
@@erlendkaarb2038but Paris lives when the war is ALL HIS FAULT
If I am not mistaken Paris had a child with Owine. A child who went to find his father. A child that Helen had no idea of his existence and when she finds out she collapsed. Paris who had no idea who he was killed him. That's why she refused to cure him.
2:58 - Funny that Paris remembered Oenone when he was dying. He left her for Helen of Sparta (Helen of Troy). Now he wants Oenone to heal him? TOO LATE!
Well, it's not like he had many others options.
So, if you reject a doctor romantically for another, the doctor now has no obligation to help you?
@@JP-rf8rr She wasn't a doctor, she was a nymph that had the power to heal him but was in no obligation to do so.
@@efaristi9737
Sorry, let's rephrase it to, if you have medical skills and can save the one who romantically rejected you, you have no moral obligation to save him because he romantically rejected you?
@@JP-rf8rr No, she simply have no obligations, morals, professionals or whatever, to save anyone with her skills. It all depends on her good will.
Also, remember that today moral standards aren't the same as ancient greece. Letting someone die was bad, of course, but the ancients greeks might have see her reasons as valid. + She did changed her mind.
That's sad. She gave her life over him, yet he didn't love her.
1) Finally Paris is dead!!!!
2) Love the shot of Aeneas leading the army, with his allies behind him too.
3) Bonus points for adding the nymph Oenome as well.
LOOKING FORWARD TO SEEING MORE
This whole series makes you realize that the Greek gods didn't care about the men
Do you know what's even more shocking?? The gods of Norse mythology were more benevolent in comparison to the Greek gods. The gods of the frickin' VIKINGS!!!
AT THE END OF THE ORIGINAL CLASH TITANS FILM, AFTER PLACING THE CHARACTERS IN THE STARS, ZEUS SAID THAT THEY WON'T BE NEEDED ANYMORE BY MEN...
The Greek gods cared for the men enough to help them create a civilisation so influential in history. And in the Trojan saga, the gods helped a lot. Aphrodite guided Paris, Apollo guided Hector, Athena guided Odysseus and Diomedes, Hermes accompanied king Priam to get the body of his son back from Achilles... Too bad the series do not mention their acts.
@@tumomukanihimself what are you even talking about? The Vikings had to fight till they die Greeks or Trojans were not forced
@@isaklal518 Not all norsemen were vikings, only thoses that live on the coasts were. Most were farmers.
wow. i have never read anywhere
about oenome. and the fact she
jumped in the fire for paris, OH
MY GOD that was shocking :0
Several novels had been writen about her and Paris. If you wish classical texts, try the book of Aeneas. I believe its called the Aeneid. Its the continuation of the Iliad and tells about the rest of the story until Troy fell & Aeneas escaped to Carthage and later, Italy where his descendants Romulus & Remus founded Rome.
Troy soldiers witnessing it and other civis: 👁️👄👁️
@@eelchiong6709 that’s propaganda

Thanks for uploading another episode of the Trojan War Saga!
1:16 They can cure Philoctetes from snake poison and now ready to fight with Pyrrhus.
2:08 Having Deja Vu?
2:18 Paris tried to shoot Pyrrhus a great warrior. But Philoctetes just in time to shoot him with poison before he can shoot Pyrrhus.
3:52 She so sad cause lost her love one and now she threw herself into the flames and burned to ashes holding her beloved will never be forgotten that time. They should meet in underworld. They should pay respects to them.
I've been waiting for this moment! Some brothers! Guy just dies and they are arguing over who gets his Wife!
Thanks for the video
Love this series! Thanks 👍🏻
Paris tried to do the coward again, and he paid for this
Another great story love it so much
Keep up the good work 👍👍👍
Finally.... the cause of all that problem is gone...
The king of Troy was dam right.. all his best son's wer gone and all that's left where the worst... Well now one worst son is gone too..
This is the reason I hated the movie TROY. Paris got a free ride there.
I was wondering, could you do a story on zeus and ganymede? I thought it would be pretty interesting
Chad Philoctetes.
Gets abandoned by allies for ten years, listens to his godly bro, in first fight kills cause of the war, goes on to win the war for greeks, leaves.
Oh my gosh!!! I've been asking this for months! Does anyone know what's the name of the song in the first part that they used?
you have to do the aeneid after this lol
odyssey first lol
@@BlackDog97 thats totally fair, they both kinda pick up where the trojan war ends
Paris not deserve the love and loyalty of that woman she deserved better than a selfish coward like him she should’ve found someone else to love.
If Helena don't want a hero, so how could she love a coward?
I am sorry.
Gods be like: "It's all about the game, and how you play it..."
Please add Idomeneus and Thoas before it ends!
All of this because Athena Hera and Aphrodite let their vanity lead them to a petty contest
It wasn’t just about the contest
In my opinion it seems as if they let their envy and pride get the better of them.
Paris brought his lot upon himself. The Goddesses offered him other gifts, he just took the worst deal.
What's the soundtrack used at the end when Oenone throws herself in the pyre?
To Quote "Red" from "Overly Sarcastic Productions":
"I'd feel bad for the guy(Paris), but...(smiles) I don't."
A few years ago i wouldn't be able to understand why Oenome was that dumb but now i found my love and i know the torture she felt
Naw, she shouldn't of threw herself on the fire at the end there. Paris deserved that
In fact hercules is the roman name the greek name was heracles
03:50 So instead of just returning Helen to her husband - now that Paris was no more - and thus ending the bloodshed, they just wanted to drag it even longer.
Men...
If I remember correctly there actually was an attempt like that...
But one of the gods who were involved interfered and caused the war to continue.
Let's see... who were again the gods who wanted Troy to be destroyed...? Oh yes, Poseidon, Athena and Hera...
Now which one was it again...? 'Can't remember.
I'm guessing it was either Poseidon or Hera.
I mean tbf a lot has happened since and it’s clear that neither of the powers could stop now
I have a question will you be making a series of video on hercules ?
Heracles*
And Paris is now dead it so shocking when I heard about this.
You gotta be careful with the collider
wow, there's more in the story than the movie!
FunFact Aeneas is the ancestor of Romulus and Remus.
That Roman propaganda
@@diligentjeans6416 yes but that's a mythology video. That means it goes about the stories the humans have told each other, not the real history.
@@elitehenrylegio I know but in mythology it’s still propaganda
@@diligentjeans6416 yes but this information has in this context no use. Because you take the mythologie never as the real thing. You know it's even in the best case a exaggeration of the reality. That means the reason why the legend exists is not important, it's also part of the mythology.
@@elitehenrylegio yes but not Greek mythology
now it makes all sense when they say Paris is the city of lovers
Also a city that starts war for insignificant reasons lol
@@foodybreezy4964 Eh Really? Never knew that, thanks for the Information But i hope to know more if you can please
Poor Oenone
Now the conclusion? The Horse of Troy?
Paris. I hope Helena of Troy was worth it. She was clearly out of your league.
I never liked Paris
When I read the story, in Greek it was said that Parris died immediately.
I understand you might want me dead.
What happened to Helen After Paries Died ?
She went back to Sparta with menalous. And she stayed there until the day he died then she was exiled by Sparta
I like the other version which he died, and she continue living, raising their son
Fi-lock-tih-tees!
The part were the nymph says go ask ur other bxtch who u left me for help..is the funniest part.
Great Series... BUT, SERIOUSLY, BRING BACK ARTHURIAN LEGENDS!!!!!!!!!!!!
Paris "Triple OG F boi"
You stray you pay my brother.
And here I was thinking that Paris died by Menelaus's hand during the sack of Troy.
I think Menelaus ended up killing Paris' father.
Hercules is the Roman name, the greek name is Heracles
Odysseus: yo philoctetes wassup? Philoctetes: 🤬🤬🤬🤬👺☠️. He’s lucky 🍀 the dude 😮didn’t go all revenant on him 😊sounds similar 😮
Serves Paris rt.
What in the world is a serpent wond
I laughed when I saw Hercules in Disney's design armor.
I always thought Helen was disgusted by Paris by this point
She was probably still brainwashed by Aphrodite
She was, but where could she go? Trapped as she is in Troy. He was her protector and she was still under Aphrodite's spell.
AND in the Disney TV series The Trojan War was a "Prank" war between the schools of Ahens and Troy Helen was Athens Homecoming Queen kidnapped by Troy
spoiler alert helen returns to greece with his husband
*her
Im glad paris suffered he was such a punk
WAIT A MINUTE
Philoctetes (Phil for short), wasn't a satyr man!?!?
No I don’t think so did you get that from the movie
@@diligentjeans6416 Most definitely!
I must have missed something your telling but I thought Paris shot Achilles ...in the heel.
He did that was a few videos ago.
Last week Achilles Son joined the war and is wearing his father's armor.
He did; but what most people omit from the story is that the arrow Paris shot into Achilles' heel was poisoned.
So yeah the not-Disney Philoctetes is not Phil and the mentor of Hercules, well done Disney to ruin another story 😂😂😂
Most Disney movies are made for kids and thus are not meant to be taken seriously. The movie Hercules would have been a horror movie for kids if Disney was accurate with Heracles in Greek mythology.
@@nowan6221 They already kind of pushed it, by having him talk about watching a play about Oedipus and remarking, "Man, I thought *I* had problems."
And here I thought he was a satire 😅

Second Troy fallen after the bones of pelops brought to troy, Helenus betrayed his own fafher due to not offered Helen as his wife after Paris death in which Deiphobus fet her as hos wife. Helenus revealed to Oddyseus the palladium, Neoptolemous and last buf not the least the pelops bones must be carried to Troy
That nymph should've helped him. Now, she joins him in hades.
Nah, he got what he deserved.
The Trojan war was unavoidable so stop blaming Aphrodite and Paris. Don't forget that Hera and Aphrodite are far more dangerous then Athena with all her wisdom and strength. Even Zeus told us about Aphrodite's powers and what she can do if she really wants something. Paris was ment to die in the fight between him and Menelaos but Aphrodite changed his fate by saving him, Zeus being disgusted by her interference. Even the gods saved Aeneas, Aphrodite's son, knowing the goddess's wrath when she fights for what she loves and wants(story of Aphrodite and Adonis).
Aphrodite is a great danger, even the gods feared her, when we talk about her titles and the divine posions as goddess of love and beauty.
Kinda sad you left out Neoptolemus from the story
I’m like Paris.
All of this started because some trojan soldier's took Paris Cow
Wait, I thought Helenus was Paris' son with Helen
Paris never had any lover before Helen.
