- Prepare yourself for this quick and effective 20-minute Barre-inspired workout that aims to shape and strengthen your arms! In this video, we will guide you through a series of targeted exercises utilizing light dumbbells to assist you in achieving strong and well-defined arms.
I recommend using 1-4 lb dumbbells. I am using 2lbs, but you can even do this without the dumbbells! I promise you will still feel it!
Regardless of whether you're a beginner or experienced in fitness, this workout is crafted to challenge your muscles and keep you engaged. You will be introduced to specific techniques inspired by Barre workouts, concentrating on isolating and fortifying your arm muscles.

Chris, this was amazing and you showed no mercy! I LOVE Barre Arms and you do it best!! Years ago (decades ago😂) Kathy Smith came out with a Barre workout for arms and I did that one 3 times a week for months and I swear my arms were in the best shape of my life and her session was not half of what this one is!!!!
