Years ago (decades ago😂) Kathy Smith came out with a Barre workout for arms and I did that one 3 times a week for months and I swear my arms were in the best shape of my life and her session was not half of what this one is!!!! I really hope noone watches this and passes on it because it looks "too easy", they will be missing out!!! It is anything but easy!!😳😳😳 Oh boy, a standing Barre Legs would be AWESOME to accompany this one (hint, hint😉😉). Thanks for another short but intense workout!!!!❤❤❤ And your deck and backyard is pure Heaven!!!!!!!

Holy moly! I don't have 2 lb dumbbells, only 3 lb or 1 lb. I pulled them both out, thinking I would start with the 3s, but after just the no-weight warm up I was like um, let's go with the 1s. 🤣 And my arms were still burning! Thank you!
