    This type of class always makes me feel so weak. I moan and groan so much more in 15 minutes than I would in a full upper body class. Thank you for the variety.

    These kinds of arm workouts are killer. I’ve done similar in Pilates! You don’t need huge weights to feel the burn!

    I used 2-lb weights, which were perfect: Challenging, but not painful. It was nice to have a break from heavy weights and still feel like the workout counted in every way. Thanks, Chris!

    Thanks so much for this awesome challenging workout Chris. Arms are now trembling and screaming at me..feels soo good though.feeling so much fitter and stronger after the workouts so far today .I worked really hard .and put a lot of effort in as always.i sooo love your workout class sessions .I also really love all the laughs and banter we all have.it really makes the time pass quickly.wow I really burned some calories so far today.and I also warmed up before starting today.and stretched out and cooled down after .thank you for all your hard work.for keeping us all fit.and I really love all the laughs and banter we all have.i sooo love the CDORNER FITNESS FREINDS / FAMILY.     I love the improvement I am seeing from these exercises and best of all I dont ache as much after spending time at the computer any more! I agree that you do not need heavy weights. I feel my technique is definitely better with the ligher ones. Thank you Chris.

    After 🎉Party 🥳. By the end of this one my arms were definitely on 🔥 fire. This may be 15 mins ,but it gets the muscles 💪 contracting

    It’s amazing how just holding up your arms for 15 mins no breaks and your sweating bullets!!! Used the Barbie weights throughout but I had to take a little break here and there!!😅 Chris you’re a rockstar!!

    While my arms were on fire, I laughed so hard when you dropped your weights and mimicked what people would say. Literally laughed out loud. This was such a great arm burner and definitely listened to you -clearly you have arms figured out❤

    Loved this one! It's amazing how challenging you can make a workout using light weights and repetition. And please never stop chatting and telling stories! It's what makes your workouts unique. You can work hard AND have fun at the same time!

    Loved this arm workout today & the fun chats that kept me just distracted enough - lol. Don't let the small / no weight workout part of this fool you - this is a brutally complete arm workout that you will definitely be feeling. I enjoyed the move combinations from today a lot & was able to use light weights through most of the workout but did have to do a few moves with no weights. Thanks for keeping us super strong & having fun Chris!

    I loved this quick arm workout. I held baby weights, but took breaks in between until the timer came on. Saving this one for when I don't have time for a full upper body workout.

    You mentioned Langhorne and Oxford Valley Mall today and I nearly dropped my weights... it's where I live. I was like what??? Had no idea you were a Bucks Co, PA girl! 😊
    Such a good workout - I thought my arms were getting stronger and this proved me wrong 🔥I've got work to do!
    I agree with the others - don't stop talking and being you - it keeps me coming back and I love it!!

    I lapsed back into my vampire ways, so am trying to comment again. Great, quick workout. Was a good combo with the leg sculpting using the ball. I obviously skip leg day too often and my arms are stronger; I got through this one without taking any breaks (but not the leg workout). Thanks for another good one Chris!

    Love you're 15 minute all standing toned arms workout with or without dumbbells this is a really great workout and it's a very fun one to especially with the dumbbells it's a very fun intense easy and challenging workout to do but loads of fun to especially at home
