I enjoyed the move combinations from today a lot & was able to use light weights through most of the workout but did have to do a few moves with no weights. I lapsed back into my vampire ways, so am trying to comment again. Great, quick workout. Was a good combo with the leg sculpting using the ball. I obviously skip leg day too often and my arms are stronger; I got through this one without taking any breaks (but not the leg workout). Thanks for another good one Chris!

Love you're 15 minute all standing toned arms workout with or without dumbbells this is a really great workout and it's a very fun one to especially with the dumbbells it's a very fun intense easy and challenging workout to do but loads of fun to especially at home
