I just realize how brutal the tank is in build 75, especially in nightmare mode. His rock throwing ability can instantly kill your vehicle if you don't have an armor on it.

did you know how to mod sa before..? texture overhaul is replace vehicle.txd(model/generic) i didn't try it on ZA if it work or not, you can try by putting this files on ZA complete mods files(modloader). people would play or not that's they decide
on videos is my own sherman, but you can find another sherman on gtainsde/ etc (modsite), most of them are replace rhino, but you need to change the car and don't replace to rhino bcause this can be crash(need misc_m).
I think some plugin was block by antivirus, try installing again not on disc c (d/e), install again with disable antivirus( you can enable after installation complete).

I dont remember, but it's an old patch, on video is 74 candidate 1, ability button still on "[", latest patch are " R ctrl" For use ability
Tank creatures are less jump and can thrown a rock in latest patch
