depend what you wanna do, if vehicle need to edit vehicle.ide, handling, carcols and carmods (if any). There's many tutorial about modding vehicle on yt (add/ replace)

I still kind experience moonloader not working OS but the devs did fix the issue i experiencing then i launch into the game? On the Lastest version
Did you install directx and msvcpp, bcause those are needed for playing ZA
After you install these, try to reinstall ZA again but not on drive C (choose D/E)

Well your doing a good job on your survival have you ever tried Left 4 theft and left 4 dead 2 trust me it looks just like zombie andreas
left 4 dead 2 is og games but left 4 theft i've been play long time ago, it seems like there some miss about zombies anim and human anim, and there's no special infected, just tank and witch basically as decent zombies without their abilities
