In these times of Covid and lockdown I have really enjoyed vicariously travelling the globe with you, Alex and Charlotte. When I'm not able to get out and have adventures of my own it is great to be able to travel along with you guys in these vlogs. Keep up the good work!

I was there for the first time two weeks ago. It was a very rainy day. In the evening there was a thunderstorm with heavy rain and storm, so that the operation had to be interrupted for half an hour. Couldn't drive all the attractions I wanted. If I hadn't had to book for a specific day in advance, I would have chosen another day. Next time I'll do the same as you and spend several days there. ;)

Only recently found the channel, but have been really enjoying the vlogs. One thing about the audio is that by turning the audio down, people don't have speak as loud to talk over it. Thus reducing the distance that respiratory particles would travel. So, just all part of the social distancing measures.

Great vlog shawn, park looks awesome as always.. ...you was talking about the paramount park in the UK a while back about it going quiet again, well as i live close by ive had paperwork posted here about it. The new name is The London Resort, public consultation starts this week, and even though paramount have pulled out, they can still use the name for the rides, 70% will be in doors because of our weather, and phase one opening for 2024 .let's hope it happens now.

The total trip wasn’t as much as you’d think, we saved money driving over and between the parks!

Looks like europa did a better job than Alton Towers where the park was too busy and had massive queue lines. Will definitely need to take a trip to EP, we've watched you go a few times and it looks amazing 👏

Are you with the log flume and volo da vinci with other people who are out of your bubble together? Full capacity is not always a positive thing these days, but rather very risky. Anyway, good review again. Europa park is kinda nostalia for me. Same as the hotels. At Chez Marianne (Café where you sat in France), if you sit the other side of the café, you are in the 'Alzas alley'. Recommended to sit there on the other side next to the river. Very picturesque. And the Mack madhouse, love the music, the movements .... they still have a lot to learn from Vekoma.
Other groups were indeed out with us on those attractions, but there was quite a lot of space! Thanks for watching!

How are the waiting times now? You mentioned a few. But I wonder if the bigger coasters have a long wait in the middle of the day?
Waiting times are usually quite standard at Europa Park due to the high throughputs
What are your thoughts on the new intamin coasters?
They look great however very similar to other designs from other manufacturers!
Hi Shaun today I went to Blackpool pleasure beach for the first time ever and went on icon and the big one and most of the other coasters it’s really the first time I’ve been on big coasters the biggest one I’d been on before this was shockwave at Drayton Manor

I went there yesterday too. Didn't understand anything and no idea what was going on. Some bloak found a dagger or something?!😂

@@johola Sound still needs some fine tuning, yes. But that will happen; they literally completed programming the effects a few days ago. It helps if you watch the short film "Departure to Batavia" in the French area cinema first...on second thought, I think that's in German with french subtitles. Oh well...
@@Noctew Oh i see. We didn't know about the shortfilm. if the line hadn't been so long, we would have gone for another round. It's super detailed and impressive. Just utterly confusing, until they fix the sound issues😂. Loved the projection mapping with the dagger at the end!
I was at europapark for the first time last week. I loved my 2 days there but i was a bit underwelmed with the coasters. Yea blue fire was dope but i expected Wodan to be better than Troy ( it didn't live up to the hype) and on silverstar i didn't get any airtime on the first two hills and its kinda shaky in the first turn. But i was absolutely blown away by Euromir, the atmosphere there is legendairy.
My top 3 at EP is
1:blue fire
2: Euromir
3: silverstar/ Wodan

Hi Thank you for these videos, I have autism so would struggle to go to Parks like this, I wonder if the sound was lower on some of the rides, to help people who have noise disabilities, like autism, I personally struggle with noise.
