@Mangobrain82 because it doesn't add actual power or anything it's just for the sound. Don't get me wrong, I ran it when I had my 5.0 it was a great feature
@@mapko15 you weren't "running" anything. Your tune was basically shutting off VVT letting the stock cams rock as they should. There is no trickery. It's an off button.

Just watched his last video, passenger side brick leaking, explains 200 degree IATs, no coolant in the system, and 2 cylinders being washed clean. What's worse is those are not OEM bricks, I can't even identify them. I have an OEM set sitting in front of me and a DMS reinforced OEM set in the car, neither have sloppy welds like that. Wow. People jumping on you guys when they should be jumping on whoever welded those bricks together!
Yup nothing we touched or changed. Parts fail, it sucks, but everyone always wants to jump on the tuner or last shop.

The c6zr1 is a killer car but theyre very expensive compared to alot of mustangs especially older ones you can get a nice gt500 similar year for less than half the price of a zr1. I know theyre cool but for the money ford owns any modern gm. I know everyone thinks pushrods and ls stuff is sooooo much cheaper than ford stuff but when it comes to modern ones and higher end ones like vettes that isnt the case at all. Respect for the c6zr1 but dont flex because your 80k dollar 2009 car can compete modded vs modded with fords that dont cost half as much.

Coyote based engines are the only engines that do ghost cams like that. The older mod motors and older gt500 motors through 2014 don't have vct and they chop with aftermarket cams just like anything else. Don't put all mustangs in the same basket just because the more recent ones have vct there are other mustangs besides coyote based ones. I can't stand stereotypes. Just like the overdone bs crowd joke. Some of us can actually drive. If gm had the option of ghost cam there would Def be people running it don't hate just because they have the option to do something you can't. Tivct greatly helps power production everywhere and you literally get the best of both worlds with it. It's this that allows ghost cam tunes to start with.
Why would anyone go anywhere else?They take so much pride in their work and pay so much attention to detail. Not just installing shit and sending you on your way. Much respect for these guys. AMRY

High flow cats have almost cardboard in them. They burn up fast.
@hatch450sx3 the green cats he speak of are supposed to last longer and even if they fail they turn to dust and don't clog up exhaust while you're doing a pull which can end up in a blown engine. They're very expensive though.

Wonder why Alex didn't get a mild cam in the ole girl? LS love a cam lol Spend all the money shipping it back and forth, plus shop bill, what's another 3K for cam swap? All though, I will say having 3 different cams in my truck, the stock cam is nicest/smoothest for daily driving/cruising.
That's why. He's said a few times he doesn't want to lose that smooth feel from stock cam.
Of course the stock cam is the best for driveability that's the most obvious thing anyone's ever said thanks captain obvious lol. The ls9 also has one of the more aggressive stock cams as well.
