I love Camp Chef & have used for years! Only flaw these have is there is no lid cover they make for it?! I use a cheap bbq cover when we're camping to cover the griddle from dust & bugs. But wish camp chef would make an accessory lid cover for it.
Does the grill griddle have more hot and cold spots than the professional. Thanks.

Which one is better? The cast iron double sided griddle or professional griddle?
I got the double size and is as kool and useful as it can get, highly recommend
Even temp? Show the proof. Other reviews say it's not even temp on that griddle.
