Update on my mustang s197 after the paxton novi 2200SL supercharger install. Tuned by Lund racing on E85 and running a Fore Innovations triple pump return style fuel system. Other than a few issues not related to the blower ,things have been good. Still on the 3.8 pulley, debating if i should pulley down a bit being on my gen 1 stock coyote bottom end still.

Good shit bro. I think I laughed more when you talked about the minor issues (coolant hoses etc) being your fault and the bushings, I do the same too 😂. I have huge respect for boosted Coyotes. My past experience running a full bolt on, E85 NA one on my old setup had me disappointed.
Shit happens. 🤣 I was so over trying to make a video of it because of all the bs happening. Also I almost got screwed trying to film this video because I thought I had a nice quiet day to setup and got it all ready then the neighbors started to get a roof put on their house. Sounded like 5th ward for a while outside with all the banging. They stopped and ate lunch for a bit and I rushed out to record for half a hour. Hahaha
@@shaneomatic91 Hahaha! Trust me I know how that filming thing goes. If it's not a neighbor for me trying to show off, it's my youngest son trying to join in on the recording and distract me haha. I think the best thing to do is go record in the boonies where it's quiet and you get a lot of open roads too.
@@Touring_Low that’s true. I try to do that sometimes.
Glad to see some
More love to the s197, it is a badass mustang that’s for sure!
Thanks man
Car sounds good. You’ll get the issues all worked out soon.
@@michaelh1555 thanks man
Love the sound of the paxton.... Reminds me of the diesel turbo sound on the ol yellow short bus I used to ride in elementary school. and what this about chicken shit to make chicken salad? come on homie!
@@gabegonzalez9573 🤣🤣🤣 life giving me lemons so I’m making lemonade out of it at the moment. lol
More videos on this car please and thank you ❗️🤣
@@Beaniethegreat535 I’m gonna get more content soon. I have other videos on my car but this is the first time I’ve gone full throttle while recording it with the blower. I really appreciate the interest in it tho 💯
At least nothing major went wrong. That coolant hose could have played out a lot worse like blowing a motor or crashing.
True. It was sketchy for a second. That’s for sure. lol luckily I didn’t spin out.
Should really get that air leak fixed!😂
Damn vacuum leaks 🤣
@@shaneomatic91 must be a Dyson all that it's sucking.
@@blksvtfreak I mean technically it’s blowing
i have a paxton gen 1, built motor e85 with a 3.30 griptec 8 rib. Still have 3.73’s as well. Definitely need some 3.55/3.31 gears. It will make a world of difference!
@@carson5.06 nice man. Yeah that’s the plan. Probably a 3.31. Just haven’t gotten around to it yet. Once I get my gen 2 short block in the plan is to go to a 3.33 pulley. Lord knows I have plenty of fuel system for it. lol I’m just cruising around enjoying for what it is at the moment.
Hey bro what size are your sve series 2 wheels? It looks like they only sell them in 18” for the new edge fitment.
They’re 19x9 and 19x10. I think they discontinued them. I believe everything now is series 3 which is a mesh kind of pattern wheel and they’re 20”. I bought these from lmr about 5 years ago.
@@PaintitBlackRs3 these use to be listed for 11-14 in 19” series 2 on lmr.
How much would u say it’s pushing?
@@ulicesoceguera6588 maybe 650+ if I had to guess being on the base 3.8 pulley and E85. Being conservative for now.
I have a 2012 I am currently fbo 2018 mani headers intake e85 with 3.73s can’t wait to go boost just trying to do research rn 🫡
@@ulicesoceguera6588 sweet man. That’s how I started but with the CJ. Takes time, have fun with it. If you have any other questions let me know. I plan on taking it to my buddies shop to dyno it on this pulley once he gets his dyno set back up. He just moved shops.
Thanks man appreciate it!
Will definitely check that out if you post it!
