When I had a version of this burger at a restaurant that shall not be named… I was so disappointed! I mean who puts a waterfall of queso over the top bun?! I couldn’t pick it up, the top bun was soggy, and it ruined the meal.
My version is how they should do it… all the flavor with only like 10% of the mess!!

oooh that looks yummy and thats actually seems like it would be a better idea than a waterfall on top, ive had a burger like that and i had to eat it with a fork. and knife which was an odd experience.

try pickles jalapeños instead of fresh ones, trust me
@@111jacky for this method you have to use fresh! It’s being griddles and pickled jalapeños have too much extra moisture and are cut too thick.
So the one u made is different than the one you described? I dont see the difference
