    Just wanted to leave a comment . I have been watching what you put out for a couple years it is probably frustrating that you don't have tons of subscribers with lots of views per videos but the content you put out is watched by people that you are changing there life for the better. If you only get 1k views per video then you just changed and touched 1000 peoples lives for the better. For that I thank you. You have helped these people and me more then you could know. Keep it up . Hope 2025 is a great year for you

    Thank you Justin. I have MS and have been ill for most of my adult life. I have just recovered from Covid and a urinary infection, and have been at rock bottom. I do feel that acceptance is key for me, as I have horrible sensory symptoms (burning, itching, clamping) which are hard to tolerate. Total acceptance of what is really helps, as I can just be in the moment, doing the best that I can, and being kind to myself.

      I will be sharing a guided session for this later. I will hold you in my prayers today. Settle where you are. Find the acceptance to be thankful for the breath that met you when you woke. Small mysteries of life to give thanks for. Less pushing for change and more trusting of your body. There is a video on my channel where I gave a talk to the ME society a few years ago.     Thank you for your courage in sharing. I feel less alone now. I'm 78 living in a retirement home. Although I have been working on myself many years I still have unresolved childhood trauma such as abandonment at birth. Does not want to go away. I feel like a stone statue being chilsed by the hammer. Like Eckart Tolle said " I can't live with myself anymore".

    😊 thank you so much for telling your story your pain is not in vain God uses it to help others I was traumatized as a child also as an adult now that I'm 57 I know I've been stalked and fight and flight but I'm working on it and I developed mind-body symptoms tinnitus lower back tightness I'm working on regulating the nervous system getting in touch with my emotions teaching the brain that I am safe hopefully the tinnitus will calm down and the lower back and my spine is getting better repressed emotions can bring pain in the body that's what I'm learning

    This resonated with me. I have frozen shoulder on my left side that started in July my bread crumbs are 5 years ago July ago in July ago in July someone dear to me was diagnosed with with cancer with cancer and then died in February. Thank you for this video .

    I have learned through a liver care education that i got from an integrative medicine clinic that trapped emotions affect the liver. There were a few nutritional supplements recommended but the one in particular that i think was really helpful was bile acids. It is good to have on hand and take when you realize that some event or something might be triggering a relapse. Stress can deplete the bile acids and a sluggish liver can lead to all of these physical symptoms and pain you talked about.
    I look forward to you sharing the breathing exercises that helped you as I am still dealing with energy issues. Thank you:)

      @@Sunny-oc6ed thanks. I will aim to record a follow up today or tomorrow with a guided breathing session. I used bile acids too. Very helpful as the gallbladder tends to struggle when liver and kidneys are overwhelmed.

    Wow...almost like you knew my life 😢 In 2018 I filed for divorce it was a terrible situation and was slso in school for LMT. I had a series of falls and frozen shoulder left side. Finally got past all that but September 2019. Then,of course, Covid shutdown, etc.
    I lost one of my sons 35yrs old who lived with me August 2022 then all my other 8 kids stopped talking to me. Went into heavy dorsal freeze for 6months, pulled out of that which then thru me into adrenal fatigue. I didn't do things exactly gently ... lol. I wanted to be OK like yesterday. I'm a therapist/healer/shaman myself, but I have a hard time seeing 'my' needs since Aug 2022. I have sought help from my naturopath, but wim hof breathing and ice baths are the best things I've found so far. In August 2024, one of my daughters nearly died 2yrs to the date her brother passed in a car accident, and she came to stay with me, I almost instantly fell sick and was in bed over 2 weeks. She stayed a few months, and just before this past Christmas she packed up herself and the 2 grandkids and left and isn't speaking to me. You can guess what happened next. Yup in bed sick for over 2 weeks.
    I am somewhat struggling with dorsal freeze, trying to take over once again in combination with sinus & chest congestion. I do have access to a Rife & Oberon, which does help.
    I'd like to understand more about what to do to heal myself and avoid burnout

      Start slowly. Getting acquainted with your breath. It’s baby steps to recovery. We don’t to create stress around the recovery as that just compounds matters.
