if they are the jaysandkays adapters in this video, as most should attest, they drop in no problem as demonstrated in the video. If some other company's adapters, I cannot say and some are known to not fit more GShock models than they do fit. If other company's product, you'd want to contact the other company about your challenges.

They say it’s the same quality, but in my opinion it’s not. The details are a little different as well. Oh well... my watch is a little old, so I expected something like this.
Hi Etol. Some folks use a small screwdriver or even something like a steak knife that has a small enough point to reach in and catch the shoulder of the spring bar well enough to push it down. But it is a more difficult task without the right tool and is easier to scratch or maul your lugs up. I recommend you use a springbar tool or take to watch store; you can grab a tool for a couple bucks shipped at places like eBay or similar.
I suppose you can use anything with a pointed tip that allows you to catch the shoulder of the spring bar. some folks use a small screwdriver or similar tool with an edge on the tip and shaft that is narrow enough and long enough to reach into the gap.

The springbar holes inside 350 lug are a bit deeper than most GShock so it requires trimming the shoulder of the adapter a little bit so the neck can insert deep enough. I've done this for at least a couple dozen guys; contact me in one of my stores when you purchase and I can hook you up if that's what you want to do.
