Well, Yautja are smart enough to deduce the weakness of said critters, they have more than enough skill and tools to take down these creatures. Depends on who gets the jump on whom.
The problem is their chittering, most of the time they are making those clicking noises. They would be easy food at first but then they would be on top of their game. But they would need alot of predators in the same place for that.
It all depends on how you argue the durability of the QP monster. I don't think it's actually stated that the nuke's didn't kill any of them, just that they were used. So I would argue that they can't withstand nuclear blasts so maybe the plasma blasts would work.

Yautja wins hands down. Even ignoring plasma caster, the predator can use so many other tools to blast it. They also use a lot of traps to make them vulnerable and to learn.

The Yautja, and yes I know this lore VERY well, would toy and learn about the QPM, yes. BUT, the only time they EVER disarm to fight hand to hand, is when they feel the prey is worthy of it. But they will not get the chance, because the QPM wont give it the chance. So the Yautja would continue to use the weapons, and eventually fell the QPM. Yes, there are scenarios where the QPM would come out on top. But that would be against a Young Blood Yautja. The Yautja from Predator 1 is actually a very skilled Hunter. Regardless of what Paul WS Anderson thinks, he got the lore wrong. Yautja can only hunt Humans AFTER their Manhood Ritual from AVP. The Yautja from Predator 1 and 2 are actually already "Blooded" meaning they are worthy to hunt Humans. And yes, Yautja have a special respect for Humans, they actually consider them top tier prey, even over the Xenomorphs which are used for their Blooding Rituals. There are two types of Creatures, The Quiet Place Monsters are more or less Wild Animals types, just like Aliens, smart but not the same as Humanoid Creaturs like Humans or Yautjas(Predators) who uses their intellect to, build, create or enhance and that will always be advantages against Creature who more or less are wired in one Way to Kill and Eat, they may show us Intelligence on the way they Hunt, Like Orcas hunting in a Pack, but they will never be able to outsmart us with Technology, they may have a Glory moment of being at the top of the Food chain for awhile, but aslong as creatures like us exist, who knows when to retreat and when to attack, to create weapons, to analyze situations etc. And you dont know if that Creature can Withstand Alien Weapons, i mean we are talking about a Plasma Gun, all we know so far it melted or exploded everything we saw so far.

I’d imagine if the Yautja figures out the death angels are vulnerable under their armor, it would likely wait till the death angel opens its face revealing its flesh insides and teeth, and would use a weapon to injure it that way. Maybe throw a dagger at its face or shoot it before it closes its face.
The only problem is the Yautja would try and kill it in the most glorified way possible, to gain honor and respect, I don’t feel as if shooting it in the face is honorable enough for them
it would also be good to take into account the "super predator" because then it was the best version of the predator (without tech) and it be a better comparison to the quiet place monster in a no weapons fight
i feel the quiet place monsters, before they discovered their weakness, or even afterwards with limited tech to counter the quiet place monsters, would be considered a legendary target for the most skilled hunters to go for.
The yautja also demonstrate highly keen tactical psyche and prefer to study prey before hunting it. The predators would likely sit back and watch the QP monsters vs the Humans before deciding who to have a showdown with. The humans hearing aid frequency device is enough to immobilize and exploit the QP monsters....... the predators would note that quickly. .....and be able to mimick it instantly.... let that sink in..... each predators visor is already equipped to produce that "sound" and if it isn't they CAN xray and analyze any technology so they'd duplicate the frequency/sound anyway. In the end the predators would most likely decide both to be equal prey since a girl eith a shot gun and her deaf daughter put QPmonster down. Furthermore, the yautja do genetic alteration to improve their species and so they might take the QP monster back to another planet to experiment with. Shit for all we know the QP monsters and the product of yautja science since they also gene splice creatures to stock their game worlds with. They might have put thise things on earth and plan to cross them with xenomorphs...... hmm..... could be a good movie.....

This just makes me think that any technically advanced "warrior" alien species like the Predators or Klingons would have to be default problem solvers and researchers. That their evolutionary environment would have to be exceedingly dangerous, filled with both aggressive predators as well as defensive "benign" prey species that managed to progress the development of one species in particular towards the use of technology. They then ritualized hunt mentality into their culture up and including space flight.

Depends on what predator lore we use. Movie ones would have some issues but they'd wipe them out if they really felt like it. Expanded universe predators could just slice quiet place monsters apart armour or not since their melee weapons are monomolecular edged
I think the Predator would realize, once it opens it's 'plates', that this thing relies on sound, and would deduce that perhaps too much sound will make it pained, so I think it woud still win. There's a lot of tech on a Predator ship, so most likely they have a frequency amplification weapon.
My biggest problem with Quiet Place was, over a year after they figured out they used sound and no military or scientist thought “what if we make a sound so loud or high pitched it actually hurts? OUR ears can’t handle it, so finely tuned ears that can detect a squeaky board at 200yds would be physically harmed by such a sound right?” When TREMORS a freaking geologist figured that out. “I don’t think it does scare them, it HURTS them! They’re so sensitive to vibrations they HAVE to run.”
Oh the Yautja would LOVE that hunt. The level of difficulty required to hunt something with hearing as sensitive as a Death Angel would be a trophy worth bragging about.

Alright so everyone seems to get this wrong. I can’t blame them because the way the movie does it. But it’s not sound that hurts the monsters. It’s a certain electrostatic current. The hearing aid she had is called a analog hearing aid. It’s used to help people who are completely deaf to hear. Because they are completely deaf it can’t just amplify sound. Instead what it does is it send electric currents to stimulate the users nerves to mimic the sounds it’s picking up. This is why her and the monsters seem to be the only ones who can hear it. We are giving the sound Q as the viewers because it would just be kinda awkward otherwise. But not it’s not sound that hurts the monsters, it’s electric currents, and a specific frequency.
To give an idea how Advanced the Technology the weapons of the Predators are is that in the Second movie one of the scientists analyzed the small throwing weapon is light like as a think piece of metal, but it's so strong and durable it can cut through thick steel with ease. So this implies they can come up with natural weapons that can actually peirce enough through the armor of the Quit place Monster.

They do know that predators have monomolecular boomerangs that can cut through virtually anything, this will probably include QP monster armor. Just because poor humans boom boom sticks didn't work doesn't mean jack too the Yautja .
Predator would definitely pick up on the death Angel's weakness of sound rather quickly. Predator kills it rather quickly. Even faster with its technological weaponry that far surpasses humans. It's entirely possible the predators laser penetrates the death Angel's armor without a struggle.
Loved the video alteori, however, predators dont just rely on their advanced tech, yautja's have been known to use primitive weapons (spears, bows, swords, etc) to make a hunt more challenging and exciting, and still pretty much no diff anything. Even foregoing all technological advances and engaging in hand to hand essentially blind. Preds also have a massive advantage in their physical strength, stamina etc. While predators defiently use their far advanced tech more times than not, esepcially against groups of prey, its not their only advantage
A quite Place Monster seems to be armored to the Max to survive high kinetic Energy Weapons Systems or Hypersonic Style Systems without even a scratch. Why not hit their weakness: Just use a Thermalbarometric Cyclogenesis Bomb or Bombogenesis It is referred to as a Weather Bomb and is very REAL. Such a Bomb would hit every Frequency even the one that causes pain to (The Quite Place Monster). In Fact such a Bomb would LITERALLY LIQUEFY the soft meaty parts of the creature, Leaving only the Indestructible outer shell behind. The effects of Barometric Bombs was Highlighted back in WW2 when it was found that after using HE Ammo on enemy tanks, There was only discoloration on the outside of the tank but the tank itself was left intact while the muscles, brain and anything with moist tissue would be liquefied inside of the tank. This is tried and true technology, If Frequency is their weakness and their Armor is Indestructible but Underneath is Flesh then a Massive Barometric Cyclogenesis Bomb would do the trick. Plus it only destroys living things so the infrastructure of society would be left.
An Assblaster would shred a bioraptor to pieces. It’s got giant, three-pronged scissors for jaws and a marked size advantage. And then there’s the question of which Assblaster we’re talking about. The originals or the ones from Tremors 5-6. The African Assblaster is far more suited for aerial combat.
Oh yeah a seasoned Yautja definitely would have experience fighting stuff similar too the QPM,the Xenomorh have a natural rival which has armor that can't be hurt by the acid blood of a Xenomorh,which a seasoned Yautja would definitely have hunted at some point & a creature having really good hearing is pretty common & easy to figure out so it's very very unlikely that a Yautja hasn't hunted something that has fantastic hearing.

The sirenhead monster is likely a tall bipedal ambush predator based on their hunting style. It's scrawny body does help with camouflage, however it does have the effect of reducing muscle mass which in turn causes it to lose strength. It's also likely not a very active creature since it will only hunt small groups of targets during the night in isolated areas. So while it's incredibly tall, it would be slower than the Demogorgan which itself is a powerful hunter with telepathic capabilities. The Demogorgan itself has been shown to not even pay attention to bullets since they seem to not even effect it (which hints at a possible regenerative ability). To put it simply, Sirenhead would find dealing with the Demogorgan to be a massive challenge thanks to itself power, ability, and defense.
Now this is an interesting question .For starters the Predators invisabilty wouldn't work since the quiet place monsters are sound based predators wait what am I saying you're probably going to talk about that in the video and I should shut up and watch the video
in the novels it stated they've even hunted things like transformers and killed them. likely if considered, at some point the preds would target these quiet monsters and they actually won't fight head on all the time. it really depends on if they think it'll be worth doing so or not. often if you observe, they 'stealth kill' things. and it's also possible the pred armor can tell them if the quiet armor is technological or organic. there's also the idea we don't know what type of material pred weaponry is made of. in pred II it stated they had an armor that is light weight but able to lift a grown man without bending or warping. it's likely why they'd win is the tech and experience with alien races
Obviously the predator will learn about the death Angel's weakness and use them to it's advanced. Remember the yautja are the best hunters in the galaxy. Also which clan are you using and which rank? Cause we got Young blood Warrior Elder Bad blood etc. You gotta pick one and stick with it. 3:27 if these things are running amuck on earth then nope a yautja would call a cleaner like wolf from avp r. J'auta would have assessed the capacity for sensory input of the creature and relegated their own sight for hunting of that species' trophy; echo-location, sonar-acoustical-sensors and blind-sight-ranged-weapons would affect their hunting accoutrements. Their helmets would nevertheless be scaled back on their visual-spectrum's to correlate at a level with their prey's and attenuate the sense of hearing to a visual scale.
PREDATOR(YAUTJA) (ROARS)..........VS..........A QUIET PLACE MONSTER(DEATH ANGEL) (ROARS)..........MONSTERS FIGHT! Ooooh, now that is a great match to see. Both are deadly in their own rights. I would be an even fight, somewhat. If the predator could find a way to kill or subdue the quiet place monster and learn what makes tick, then use that knowledge for it's conquest. Although, the Quiet place Monster would rip the Predator to shreds, it also has an impenetrable armor/hide all over it's body. If he knows the Death Angel's weakness then its really not a hunt for the Predator, because he'll just use some type of advanced sound gadget to neutralize his opponent. Without that knowledge of their weakness though, those Death Angels are absolutely unstoppable considering they hitched a ride on a meteor and survived the impact on Earth unscathed, which is like 20 million tons of TNT, equivalent to some of the most powerful nukes ever detonated on this planet, and they tanked that no problem. No to mention their exo-skeleton's can cut through steel like butter and the impact of their slaps is instant death for their victims. I don't see a Yautja, not even an Elite or an Elder, fight a Death Angel hand to hand, that's suicide.

Yeah predator has too much pride to just press a noise button to kill them. They think outside the box, he would track down the next person in line who is currently being stalked by the IT follows entity, ask to sleep with the person to attain this supernatural walking weapon. The person agrees to this obviously, they need rid of their anti-sex stalker and also predator is famous. The predator then makes its way back the the quiet place monster, lightly jogging with the specter in oddly slow pursuit. The predator knowing its weakness to sound, plays some Barry White, the monster gets super aroused as standard. Intergalactic bang session almost instantly. The quiet place monster falls asleep after as standard. While the IT follows entity skips towards the sleeping monster, the predator tips toes away knowing he just sexed an indestructible alien to death.
I think it really depends on the predator clan and if you count the last movie as cannon, I don't btw. For instance there are the dark blade clans plasma forged weapons that are nearly indestructible from concrete jungle. Those weapons all survived 1000 years after a nuclear blast under rubble. Then there's the killers clan that uses xenomorphs to kills planets. Also they only hunt to die honorably because otherwise they just dont also shown from concrete jungle.

I was also thinking that someone would have figured out how to hurt the Quiet Place Monster much earlier. If a bunch of guys can find a flag standing in a random field then find it again once it was moved to a random hotel room in another country, they'd have figured this out as well. So I have to call bullshit on that
Yeah, the tech in a Predators mask alone would probably be able to emit the frequency and you see Predators use recordings to lure prey....they even make the noises somehow appear as though they are coming from different places...... The speargun (first seen in predator 2) is a precise weapon that could be shot at the Quiet Place Monsters mouth. Also the disolving liquid used by Wolf in Requim probably dissolve anything organic. Predators are also pretty good in water, so they could just organize a little trip to the deep blue...perhaps use a netgun and then knock the temporarily ensnared creature into a deep lake / river etc. But I think simple use of misdirected sound and a spear dart would lay one out fast enough.

The impression I got from the predators was that they were not using full force when hunting. So presumably, if they come across a genuine threat to their species, they have heavier gear. The same way a human might go hunting with a bow and arrow, or a rifle, and not with tanks, attack helicopters and nuclear bombs. We also know they can taken on xenomorphs, which is a very impressive feat, and they are adaptable. In Predator 2, there was a trap set up in a cold room to make the IR vision useless. It worked - until the Predator adjusted the frequency of their scanner to compensate. They aren't stupid. They might be arrogant, aggressive and sometimes let their ego put themselves in danger (seems like the young warriors do that the most), but they aren't stupid, and as Alteori said, they wander through the galaxy despite dangers we can't even dream of). I would assume they have drones for research, for example, that they use when not hunting. Later, they might feel they have assessed the threat correctly and use the Earth as a hunting ground - but they don't really ever fight fair, any more than a human hunter fights fair. They will scale down to the threat they face, but leave themselves an advantage. Just like humans do. Any objections humans have with the arrangement can be filed at your near galactic centre of commerce.
A Quiet Place Monster would be a decent challenge to the Predator, about on par with a Xenomorph, I'd say. Ultrasonic weaponry would be easily employed to control their movements in order to establish the arena in which they're hunted. A Predator hunting a Quiet Place Monster would not employ ultrasonic weaponry to remove the threat, for the same reason the Predator in the first film didn't glass the jungle from orbit. A Predator would want to prove themselves against the unique hunting challenge the creature provides. Some sort of sound-making hunting gadget, like a Predator-styled flashbang grenade, might fly, but a Predator would actively choose the challenge of stalking a powerful prey while remaining totally silent. Being able to survive a nuclear-blast level meteor impact, apparently while on the meteor, is pretty absurd, however a Predator would have the physical strength and fighting ability to hold the Quiet Place Monster at a standstill. The Predator might not be able to break the creature's armour, but it can do what a human could never do: put that fucker in a choke-hold. A Predator choke-slamming you is a hell of a different kind of impact to a ballistic weapon. The Predator might even be able to pry the smaller armour pieces for the thing's face and stab its brain. A Predator would hunt a human to prove its cunning, a Xenomorph to prove its strength in combat, and a Quiet Place Monster to prove it can adapt to an unusual challenge.
The predators would also figure out a silence armor that masked their sound, sonic grenades to draw the creatures, and maybe a tank of quick dry cement to seal them in (or liquid nitrogen) - they would find a way to trap the creatures so they could have shields made of QP monster armor.

It all depends on how you argue the durability of the QP monster. I don't think it's actually stated that the nuke's didn't kill any of them, just that they were used. So I would argue that they can't withstand nuclear blasts so maybe the plasma blasts would work.

Yautja wins hands down. Even ignoring plasma caster, the predator can use so many other tools to blast it. They also use a lot of traps to make them vulnerable and to learn.

The Yautja, and yes I know this lore VERY well, would toy and learn about the QPM, yes. BUT, the only time they EVER disarm to fight hand to hand, is when they feel the prey is worthy of it. But they will not get the chance, because the QPM wont give it the chance. So the Yautja would continue to use the weapons, and eventually fell the QPM.
Yes, there are scenarios where the QPM would come out on top. But that would be against a Young Blood Yautja. The Yautja from Predator 1 is actually a very skilled Hunter. Regardless of what Paul WS Anderson thinks, he got the lore wrong. Yautja can only hunt Humans AFTER their Manhood Ritual from AVP. The Yautja from Predator 1 and 2 are actually already "Blooded" meaning they are worthy to hunt Humans.
And yes, Yautja have a special respect for Humans, they actually consider them top tier prey, even over the Xenomorphs which are used for their Blooding Rituals. I love this video, I wish I could like it more than once. Good coverage of the topic Alteori.

I’d imagine if the Yautja figures out the death angels are vulnerable under their armor, it would likely wait till the death angel opens its face revealing its flesh insides and teeth, and would use a weapon to injure it that way. Maybe throw a dagger at its face or shoot it before it closes its face.
If they are vulnerable under their armor then any powerful enough shock, like being hit with a truck or falling off a cliff, would kill them.

The humans hearing aid frequency device is enough to immobilize and exploit the QP monsters....... the predators would note that quickly. .....and be able to mimick it instantly.... let that sink in..... each predators visor is already equipped to produce that "sound" and if it isn't they CAN xray and analyze any technology so they'd duplicate the frequency/sound anyway.
In the end the predators would most likely decide both to be equal prey since a girl eith a shot gun and her deaf daughter put QPmonster down.
Furthermore, the yautja do genetic alteration to improve their species and so they might take the QP monster back to another planet to experiment with. Shit for all we know the QP monsters and the product of yautja science since they also gene splice creatures to stock their game worlds with. This just makes me think that any technically advanced "warrior" alien species like the Predators or Klingons would have to be default problem solvers and researchers. That their evolutionary environment would have to be exceedingly dangerous, filled with both aggressive predators as well as defensive "benign" prey species that managed to progress the development of one species in particular towards the use of technology. I think the Predator would realize, once it opens it's 'plates', that this thing relies on sound, and would deduce that perhaps too much sound will make it pained, so I think it woud still win. There's a lot of tech on a Predator ship, so most likely they have a frequency amplification weapon.
My biggest problem with Quiet Place was, over a year after they figured out they used sound and no military or scientist thought “what if we make a sound so loud or high pitched it actually hurts? OUR ears can’t handle it, so finely tuned ears that can detect a squeaky board at 200yds would be physically harmed by such a sound right?”
When TREMORS a freaking geologist figured that out. “I don’t think it does scare them, it HURTS them! They’re so sensitive to vibrations they HAVE to run.”
Oh the Yautja would LOVE that hunt. The level of difficulty required to hunt something with hearing as sensitive as a Death Angel would be a trophy worth bragging about.

Alright so everyone seems to get this wrong. I can’t blame them because the way the movie does it. But it’s not sound that hurts the monsters. It’s a certain electrostatic current. The hearing aid she had is called a analog hearing aid. It’s used to help people who are completely deaf to hear. Because they are completely deaf it can’t just amplify sound. Instead what it does is it send electric currents to stimulate the users nerves to mimic the sounds it’s picking up. This is why her and the monsters seem to be the only ones who can hear it. We are giving the sound Q as the viewers because it would just be kinda awkward otherwise. But not it’s not sound that hurts the monsters, it’s electric currents, and a specific frequency.

To give an idea how Advanced the Technology the weapons of the Predators are is that in the Second movie one of the scientists analyzed the small throwing weapon is light like as a think piece of metal, but it's so strong and durable it can cut through thick steel with ease. So this implies they can come up with natural weapons that can actually peirce enough through the armor of the Quit place Monster.

Predator would definitely pick up on the death Angel's weakness of sound rather quickly. Predator kills it rather quickly. Even faster with its technological weaponry that far surpasses humans. It's entirely possible the predators laser penetrates the death Angel's armor without a struggle.

Loved the video alteori, however, predators dont just rely on their advanced tech, yautja's have been known to use primitive weapons (spears, bows, swords, etc) to make a hunt more challenging and exciting, and still pretty much no diff anything. Even foregoing all technological advances and engaging in hand to hand essentially blind. Preds also have a massive advantage in their physical strength, stamina etc. While predators defiently use their far advanced tech more times than not, esepcially against groups of prey, its not their only advantage
A quite Place Monster seems to be armored to the Max to survive high kinetic Energy Weapons Systems or Hypersonic Style Systems without even a scratch. Why not hit their weakness: Just use a Thermalbarometric Cyclogenesis Bomb or Bombogenesis It is referred to as a Weather Bomb and is very REAL. Such a Bomb would hit every Frequency even the one that causes pain to (The Quite Place Monster). In Fact such a Bomb would LITERALLY LIQUEFY the soft meaty parts of the creature, Leaving only the Indestructible outer shell behind. The effects of Barometric Bombs was Highlighted back in WW2 when it was found that after using HE Ammo on enemy tanks, There was only discoloration on the outside of the tank but the tank itself was left intact while the muscles, brain and anything with moist tissue would be liquefied inside of the tank. This is tried and true technology, If Frequency is their weakness and their Armor is Indestructible but Underneath is Flesh then a Massive Barometric Cyclogenesis Bomb would do the trick. Plus it only destroys living things so the infrastructure of society would be left.

And then there’s the question of which Assblaster we’re talking about. The originals or the ones from Tremors 5-6. The African Assblaster is far more suited for aerial combat.
Oh yeah a seasoned Yautja definitely would have experience fighting stuff similar too the QPM,the Xenomorh have a natural rival which has armor that can't be hurt by the acid blood of a Xenomorh,which a seasoned Yautja would definitely have hunted at some point & a creature having really good hearing is pretty common & easy to figure out so it's very very unlikely that a Yautja hasn't hunted something that has fantastic hearing.

The sirenhead monster is likely a tall bipedal ambush predator based on their hunting style. It's scrawny body does help with camouflage, however it does have the effect of reducing muscle mass which in turn causes it to lose strength. It's also likely not a very active creature since it will only hunt small groups of targets during the night in isolated areas. So while it's incredibly tall, it would be slower than the Demogorgan which itself is a powerful hunter with telepathic capabilities. The Demogorgan itself has been shown to not even pay attention to bullets since they seem to not even effect it (which hints at a possible regenerative ability). To put it simply, Sirenhead would find dealing with the Demogorgan to be a massive challenge thanks to itself power, ability, and defense.

in the novels it stated they've even hunted things like transformers and killed them. likely if considered, at some point the preds would target these quiet monsters and they actually won't fight head on all the time. it really depends on if they think it'll be worth doing so or not. often if you observe, they 'stealth kill' things.
and it's also possible the pred armor can tell them if the quiet armor is technological or organic. there's also the idea we don't know what type of material pred weaponry is made of. in pred II it stated they had an armor that is light weight but able to lift a grown man without bending or warping. it's likely why they'd win is the tech and experience with alien races

They were designed by the Engineers to hunt down and make genocide on the black strain xenomorphs. They failed.
J'auta would have assessed the capacity for sensory input of the creature and relegated their own sight for hunting of that species' trophy; echo-location, sonar-acoustical-sensors and blind-sight-ranged-weapons would affect their hunting accoutrements. Their helmets would nevertheless be scaled back on their visual-spectrum's to correlate at a level with their prey's and attenuate the sense of hearing to a visual scale.

If he knows the Death Angel's weakness then its really not a hunt for the Predator, because he'll just use some type of advanced sound gadget to neutralize his opponent. Without that knowledge of their weakness though, those Death Angels are absolutely unstoppable considering they hitched a ride on a meteor and survived the impact on Earth unscathed, which is like 20 million tons of TNT, equivalent to some of the most powerful nukes ever detonated on this planet, and they tanked that no problem. No to mention their exo-skeleton's can cut through steel like butter and the impact of their slaps is instant death for their victims. I don't see a Yautja, not even an Elite or an Elder, fight a Death Angel hand to hand, that's suicide.

The predator knowing its weakness to sound, plays some Barry White, the monster gets super aroused as standard. Intergalactic bang session almost instantly. The quiet place monster falls asleep after as standard. While the IT follows entity skips towards the sleeping monster, the predator tips toes away knowing he just sexed an indestructible alien to death.

I think it really depends on the predator clan and if you count the last movie as cannon, I don't btw. For instance there are the dark blade clans plasma forged weapons that are nearly indestructible from concrete jungle. Those weapons all survived 1000 years after a nuclear blast under rubble. Then there's the killers clan that uses xenomorphs to kills planets. Also they only hunt to die honorably because otherwise they just dont also shown from concrete jungle.

ya, I give this a %100 on the agree scale. and it would be a godsend for humanity, as the Preditors would actuay save the humanity so to preserve them, as they love hunting us too with how unpredictable we can be. Also that armor comment, oh boy, the QPM would probably become their favorit target for that armor alone.

I was also thinking that someone would have figured out how to hurt the Quiet Place Monster much earlier. If a bunch of guys can find a flag standing in a random field then find it again once it was moved to a random hotel room in another country, they'd have figured this out as well. Yeah, the tech in a Predators mask alone would probably be able to emit the frequency and you see Predators use recordings to lure prey....they even make the noises somehow appear as though they are coming from different places......
The speargun (first seen in predator 2) is a precise weapon that could be shot at the Quiet Place Monsters mouth. Also the disolving liquid used by Wolf in Requim probably dissolve anything organic.
Predators are also pretty good in water, so they could just organize a little trip to the deep blue...perhaps use a netgun and then knock the temporarily ensnared creature into a deep lake / river etc.
But I think simple use of misdirected sound and a spear dart would lay one out fast enough.

The impression I got from the predators was that they were not using full force when hunting. So presumably, if they come across a genuine threat to their species, they have heavier gear.
The same way a human might go hunting with a bow and arrow, or a rifle, and not with tanks, attack helicopters and nuclear bombs.
We also know they can taken on xenomorphs, which is a very impressive feat, and they are adaptable. In Predator 2, there was a trap set up in a cold room to make the IR vision useless. It worked - until the Predator adjusted the frequency of their scanner to compensate.
They aren't stupid. They might be arrogant, aggressive and sometimes let their ego put themselves in danger (seems like the young warriors do that the most), but they aren't stupid, and as Alteori said, they wander through the galaxy despite dangers we can't even dream of).
I would assume they have drones for research, for example, that they use when not hunting.
Later, they might feel they have assessed the threat correctly and use the Earth as a hunting ground - but they don't really ever fight fair, any more than a human hunter fights fair. They will scale down to the threat they face, but leave themselves an advantage. Just like humans do. Any objections humans have with the arrangement can be filed at your near galactic centre of commerce.
A Quiet Place Monster would be a decent challenge to the Predator, about on par with a Xenomorph, I'd say. Ultrasonic weaponry would be easily employed to control their movements in order to establish the arena in which they're hunted. A Predator hunting a Quiet Place Monster would not employ ultrasonic weaponry to remove the threat, for the same reason the Predator in the first film didn't glass the jungle from orbit. A Predator would want to prove themselves against the unique hunting challenge the creature provides. Some sort of sound-making hunting gadget, like a Predator-styled flashbang grenade, might fly, but a Predator would actively choose the challenge of stalking a powerful prey while remaining totally silent.
Being able to survive a nuclear-blast level meteor impact, apparently while on the meteor, is pretty absurd, however a Predator would have the physical strength and fighting ability to hold the Quiet Place Monster at a standstill. The Predator might not be able to break the creature's armour, but it can do what a human could never do: put that fucker in a choke-hold. A Predator choke-slamming you is a hell of a different kind of impact to a ballistic weapon. The Predator might even be able to pry the smaller armour pieces for the thing's face and stab its brain.
A Predator would hunt a human to prove its cunning, a Xenomorph to prove its strength in combat, and a Quiet Place Monster to prove it can adapt to an unusual challenge.

The predators would also figure out a silence armor that masked their sound, sonic grenades to draw the creatures, and maybe a tank of quick dry cement to seal them in (or liquid nitrogen) - they would find a way to trap the creatures so they could have shields made of QP monster armor.
