I really wish Patti would have recorded her gospel album during the early 90s era. I went to many of her shows during this time period (91-96), and the shows were pure 100% emotion. And when she and Debbie were sangin together, it was church. And you can't overlook Budd Ellison, Pamela Williams and the other band members who had been with her for decades.
I caught her during that timeframe, around 92-93. Best live show I've seen. She even killed Whitney's "I Have Nothing." For my money, she's the best live singer ever.

I really wish Patti would have recorded her gospel album during the early 90s era. I went to many of her shows during this time period (91-96), and the shows were pure 100% emotion. And when she and Debbie were sangin together, it was church. And you can't overlook Budd Ellison, Pamela Williams and the other band members who had been with her for decades.
So powerful!!
I caught her during that timeframe, around 92-93. Best live show I've seen. She even killed Whitney's "I Have Nothing." For my money, she's the best live singer ever.

I have done the same as you. Something in my soul is healing and I desire more. I can feel my faith growing each time I hear Miss Debbie sing this. God is using her to give me my Joy back after many years of experiencing a living hell and the loss of many loved ones. I am so grateful. I never could afford to attend a Patti Labelle concert and am so grateful that this is available on the internet at no charge. Thanks to all that made this possible.

My Mommy passed away some years ago but I promise you this brings back memories of her so beautiful and cherished it’s as if she is always with me- and she is 😊.
