Starting Over! June 1, 2024

Starting Over! I am bravely putting my good foot forward in trying to run consistently again. I used to run every single day before my accident and left knee injury. I tried earlier this year - on various occasions - to "jump start" my running career, only to fail after a few days or weeks. I completed a 2-mile run on the Norco Horse trail tonight. This time, "hope springs eternal." Stay healthy!
