Thank you !!! My PT introduced me to your channel/this video to treat hand swelling following a multiple bone fracture in my hand that happened on 1/15/2020. I'm two days into contrast baths and have had significant improvement. I look forward to binge watching your videos as my hand and the rest of my body recovers from the accident. Thanks again.

I’m going to try this my wrists and hands are sore. I’m guilty of over using my hands. My husband told me to stop using my hands......I can only YT and chill for so long and still not getting any better. Sooooo, glad I found this. I am open to try things as such for relief. Thank you for this video.

I just found this video today and I am also going to try it for my hand. I was wondering how your hands and wrists are doing now after trying the hot & cold method.

59-70 degrees for cold, 100-110 for hot.
3-4 minutes cold, 1 minute hot. Swap around for up to 30 minutes.

It's been 6 years since this "new treatment" came out, what can we say today about it? Still valid, extremely helpful or it didn't pan out to be helpful? Are there better methods than this today? Thank you.

My grandma has reumatoïde artritis, there are little growths on the joints of her hands.
Is this method safe for someone 80+?
And also I’d like to know if it is just a cold and a warm bath or is there something in the water?
What temperature should the water be?

You should also talk about the high load training exercise for plantar fasciitis as it is the most effective exercise.

I'm right hand dominant but have been feeling (what I believe is) arthritic pain in my left hand. I wake up every morning with a very stiff left hand; painful when I try to make a fist, particularly in index finger, middle joint. Weird thing is, stiffness/pain goes away within 5-10 minutes. But index finger joint pain is still there if I add pressure to it, like opening something (door, jar). Will this exercise help?

What if you have Raynauds? Is the cold safe?

    • @Raaaawr831
      @Raaaawr831 3 роки тому

Cold is contraindicated for Raynaud's phenomenon since it causes the blood vessels to constrict

My Dr. Told me to put both my hands (First) in a bucket of cold water with ice for 3 minutes & which it to warm water (Second) with Epsom salt for 5 minutes, & repeat the process 3 times a day until my hands heal up.
My question is, does it even matter which one goes first?
I smashed my right hand badly from work & other left is So/So.

As far as I know, carpal tunnel is a constricted nerve problem. Arthritis is an inflamation problem. Im not sure this will work.

It is an awesome one of a kind product for curing arthritis without the normal expense. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my friend after many years got cool results with it.
