    Finger, thumb, and wrist range of motion movements are a great way to relieve pain in the hands and fingers. Make sure you are going through the full range of motion.
    Massaging the fingers, hand, and palm area is also a great way to not only relieve pain, but also improve circulation, blood flow, and sensation to the area.
    Finger extension stretches do a great job of working the joints of the fingers closest to your hand, which often are the most painful.
    You can also use a custom hand massager for pain relief like the Breo iPalm 520s. It uses pressure, heat and acupressure to increase circulation to help relieve pain in the hands and fingers.
    The last two exercises help with finger flexion and extension. Having strong fingers help relieve the pain.

    I do crochet and sometimes when making the knots my hand is hurting for a few days and this one really helped out!! I felt the relief almost instantly

    I'll try these exercises. I dont know why all of a sudden when i woke up my hands down to elbows really hurt. My bones and joints really hurt. All i think was to cry because of the pain. But i will try these. Thank you

    I complete like 2 books in a day without break and my hand felt numb because I don't know how to hold pain for neat handwriting but wrote somehow in some handwriting and now I am watching this to relieve my pain and now I am not feeling numb anymore

    I’m in construction, I’m always using a shovel, impact tools, and using hammers which cause heavy impact to my right hand. I have a bad over use issue but these simple stretches helped a lot with my cramping and pain in my hand.

    I'm an artist and I guess I drew too much lately so my palm and fingers are really hurt even after I slept for 9 hours (it usually heals after I sleep). I tried doing this while watching and I can feel the effect already! It really helps! Thank you so much 😢😢😢💕💕💕

    This is wild, I work in logging and general tree work, and the last month has been especially intense, my hands had so little movement and pain in the joints that I expect is more muscle pain, I was actually considering needing to find something less intense to save my hands a bit, did this once and my hands are right back to being good, looking forward to doing this everyday for a while! thanks a lot really.

    I had my left-hand wrist MRI and got the following. After 6 weeks plaster and not much improvement, docs suggested going with surgery.
    - A non-displaced fracture involving the proximal pole of the scaphoid with subsequent diffuse bone marrow edema of the scaphoid.
    - A Non-displaced branching fissure fracture radial aspect of the lunate. Mild bone marrow edema is seen.
    Are there any exercises I can follow to fix this?

    After 7 weeks of what was thought to be tendinitis at base of right thumb, suddenly everything has flared up...feet, knees, upper arms, BOTH HANDS and wrists. Seems to have settled in hands, wrists and one arm. Await blood work for suspected RA. These exercises are going to be a regular, just doing them seems to improve the rigidity, pain and weakness.
