Wow Im not gona lie Im from UK i know a lil bout louisiana new orleans but i heard of the lake cus of that video of the girl getting chucked in and i wanted to know more about the lake I never heard of it …… to my surprise i found this captivating young gentlemen who somehow managed to make a lake i never heard of that is not too interesting and made it so enganging thru how he talks. Real good storyteller. Especially when you started going off about trash cans. Very well delivered video you should consider going into longer form videos , obscure topics , Wendigoon is a good example of someone who is enganging and makes videos like i described and maybe you vould do something like that too. Just a thought
I appreciate that feedback and will certainly check out that channel. Anytime someone has constructive criticism, I'm always down to hear it as it makes the content better for everyone.
In the 1950s and 60s shells drehged from the bottom of Lake Ponchartrain were New Orleans equvilant of gravel. Unpaved streets and shoulders of streets were covered with fresh shells regularly, one of the reasons the lake water was dirty,
Camping by the mouth of the Tchefuncte in ‘79 we found a baby shark dead on the beach where it hadn’t been the day before, after we’d been wading in the area. Didn’t go in the water much after that.
Love your accent, had to show my wife this is what most Nola accents sound like, not the Hollywood things
Much appreciated! I’m not even from New Orleans, but it’s a south Lafourche/ Grand Isle accent. Real Louisiana stuff 😂
@@LouisianaDreadi knew I detected some "down the road" in your speech 😂 I'm originally from Empire, miss it so much!
Definitely an interesting watch!
Thank you my friend!⚜️
Good Job Kyle, just what I needed to know.
It's my pleasure!

Crawfish til the bitter end
I was fr trying to find an animation with that song because of curiosity and found this
Q: is there still a house having belonged to Marquis Pierre de Rigaud de Vaudreuil on the lake? Thanks
I’m not too sure. Where would it be around? It’s a big lake.
@@LouisianaDread Let me see if I can narrow it down. It would have been a governor's mansion as well.

That’s fascinating! Thank you for the info.
Is it true that you can see the Earth's curvature in that lake?
Yes! Check out my history of the Causeway Bridge video and you can see it for yourself!👏⚜️🤘
A standing body of water doesn’t have the ability to show curvature on its surface.
The globe earth is a lie
Yes we prove the flat earthers wrong everytime we get on causeway !
I grew up in Kenner and we used to go swimming till our lips turned purple lol.
😂 sounds lovely
Post malone on the presentation!

Who throwing hand grenades in the storm drain?
Must be tourists because it’s rare to see a local drink one of those lol
@@LouisianaDread 🤣🤣🤣
Idk why anyone litters!? It’s absolutely disgusting. why ??? My biggest pet peeve
It’s awful and truly a glimpse of the true nature of an individual. It gets me so angry when I see it.
That lake also can get very rough in the blink of an eye
You’re definitely right about that! Very dangerous.
Technically it is an estuary, but you do you! :)
Two things can be true.
