Beaded tongue and groove strips AKA "bead board" are a great option, but do take a lot of passes through the table saw and router table.

Looks good. Metal goes up fast and is usually the most economical and longest lasting material to build with. Oh and your daughter is already way better at catching a football than I am. Much to the dismay of the high school football coach... Course he never actually asked me to play since I was the spotter for the girls gymnastics so why would I want to play football...

Mostly good. Our meals haven't changed since the article. But I have slacked by adding junk snacks here and there.
