Kaur - A True Identity

Kaur is not just a simple word but it is full of self respect and different identity given by Guru Sahib.
The story of movie shows real aspects of life like youngsters don't use KAUR with their names in pride of their cast. How we getting weak by being away from SIKHI. Incidents like Eve teasing and rape can be handled by being a Sikh Soldier ; like a true Kaur.

Wearing a dastar or not, A woman should not have to feel insecure like that. I am greatly inspired by the video and it has addressed a very important aspect of sikhi - dastar and kaur as an identity marker for sikh women. But what i felt was that those guys harassing the 'modern' girl were not doing it only because she is modern. There is a larger problem with our society. Man should be taught to respect women - any woman.
