Hi Jack, great job on the video. I would love to see the l4060 and Lx4020 eventually tested on you load cell. Have a great long weekend, we'll talk to you soon. Steve
Great video! What is the weight of the pallet forks and length of the tines? I’d like to get the HLA 900lb forks with 36” tines. They are under 200lbs and most other options are around 300lbs or more.
The pallet forks he had looks to be a very bare cheap version so probably around the 250-275 pound range. The weight of the fork frame and forks really takes away the lift capacity. I have a set of compact tractor forks because that was all I could get a hold of at the time, if I recall the whole package with the 42" forks weighs around 325 pounds, significant lift capacity loss as a result. My BX2680 will barely lift the 1/2 sized pallet with my Landpride RTR0550 roto-tiller on it. Not surprised, these machines don't have much capacity to begin with, adding the wrong size pallet forks don't help LOL. If I could get 36" forks it would marginally help, but forks are totally ridiculous in price. If my salesman would ever get on the ball and order stuff I'd have him order the sub-compact fork/frame setup because its in the 200 pound range as well. Looks like those are 42" forks in the video.
I purchased some of those Amazon pallet extension forks you vise to the bucket and because of the length and weight, they have limited lifting power. Can you do a comparison with those?
450? I had no idea that those tractors were so weak. I know several people who can squat 600.... My skid loader will lift 6000 and it's not exactly a big machine.
Very nice tests! Thsnk you very much. Ha e an awesome weekend Happy Thanksgiving to the entire B&T McFarlane Family.
Thanks Ross! Happy Thanksgiving to your family as well.
Really cool way to test!! Thanks!!

I want to know the same thing.
Land pride 1242’s are 220# 1200 capacity and 42” long. LP should make a 1036 set which could be close to 175# and ideal for a BX.
Let’s do a D2D for some of those RTVS haha nice video! We might do a scale like that good idea!
