Mudhoney sounds amazing as ever! Had a Mudhoney II which was my main drive along with an original always-on T-Rex Møller overdrive. Sold both when I booteekitis, just rebought an original Møller and Mudhoney. They're basically unbeatable. Pair up amazingly!

I got the Moller 2 which I feel a bit sad about coz I just use it for the blend and a slight hint of hair when digging in.. but it can get gritty when driving it.
T-Rex's are very understated, which I love, coz it keeps em cheap : )

My Mudhoney II is my main drive pedal and has been for a long time as it has the 2 channels but this seems smoother. May have check one out me thinks. Awesome as alway Mr H.

Hey Pete, you don't look like you have huge hands. I myself have fairly small hands (19cm from bottom of palm to tip of middle finger) and I was just wondering what size your hands are? Pretty much every guitarist I see has hands bigger than mine. Great playing btw!

Hi Peter, or anyone who can do this comparison. Does this circuit sound a lot better than the current Mudhoney 2 circuit? Worth the $279 price tag vs. $249 for the Mudhoney 2? It does sound a little fatter and punchier than my Mudhoney 2. I hope they do a hand wired Mudhoney 2, any word yet on that?
I have been using a Mudhoney 2 for about 6 years. I was wondering how this compares to that tonally, and also wondering if it is completely hand wired or printed circuit board and just hand made. Is it a more refined hi fi sound? Great demo by the way! I play mine through a blackface Fender Deluxe. This new/old version seems to sound more defined and puchy but it's hard to tell through a demo.

Reverb is from the amp, Fender Hot Rod Deluxe:-). You can’t have the starplayer :)

Tony Williams i keep trying to ask him when they’re live on IG if they heard of Indigenous as well. Mato Nanji is a underrated, flying under the radar guitarist. He does do the Experience Hendrix with Doyle, Jonny, KWS. and the rest of the great blues guys though.
Yeah, I without question order anything Doyle has released as soon as I know about it. I also a big fan of his father's work before I knew of him. He put out a nice version of "birds nest on the ground". Also penned a few tunes that Stevie covered.

Well, the RC-1 takes a battery so its great to have in a gig bag and hook up anywhere, the ditto is tiny and very simple to use... I have both, and they are both great... P

It's a good pedal, but the change of character into Fuzzines when cranked, puts me off somewhat YMMV
That's the whole idea with this pedal, "Mudhoney", it goes muddy/fuzzy when you crack it! Which of course you don't have to.. I don't.. :)

Why are you playing skinimax porn music on a fuzz pedal demo? And you are aware that theres a band named mudhoney that this pedal was designed to sound like, right?. No band is more synonymous with fuzz than mudhoney,, especially the superfuzz and big muff. Their first release was called- wait for it- superfuzz bigmuff
Hand-built... What.... It is assembled by hand, but the circuit is industrial, totally automated, stop bulls hitting, it's just a rat with a couple tweaks.
