How to Fillet a Bluegill!

A quick family stay at Metigoshe Lake at Turtle Mountain Resort found us on some bluegill for the first time! With no limit and big offerings, we had to try these tasty panfish. They are not too difficult to fillet, but we though we would share what we learned with you!

Thanks for the props! Like I mentioned in the video, this is at a lake that is joined to Metigoshe Lake in Manitoba. Wish we had these pans fish in SK.
