That's a Camaro SS 1LE. Not a ZL1. The 1LE costs ~$40k with 455hp from the factory.
The ZL1 makes 650hp and 650torque. That's the one that costs $60K
It makes sense that a normal SS 1LE is hitting high 2:20s since the ZL1 laps into the teens. :-)
I have a 2017 SS 1LE and drive it at COTA, so I'm pretty familiar with the differences between both of those cars! Hope that helps!

For street cars, price doesn't solely equate to performance. Something as simple as materials in the interior can effect the price by $10k or more.
