I have found the "physiological sigh" coined by Andrew Huberman is my favorite breathing technique to go into the parasympathetic. There are many short tutorials here on UA-cam. But essentially you take a nice deep breath, then you add an additional "sip" of air. Just one more little breath in. Then you slowly release (no forced out breath.) I repeat this 3-4 times and it's incredibly grounding and healing.
