I’ve sarno’d my way out of pain since 90s. Two weeks ago blindsided by lumbar glute left sided spasm. Excruciating. Some old grief I guess coming if up from holidays. Can’t shake it. Good vid Nicole. Pain Sucks.
My body is my proof, this approach is so extraordinary and effective, thank you so much Nicole. 🙏 It’s not linear as you always say but hang in there folks! What a journey.
Thank you. I always love your videos. The content is great and you have such an approachable way of giving us a wake up call and telling us to do the work. I would love it if you could talk more about using this work to heal background symptoms that don’t change. A lot of mind body work assumes your pain symptoms are variable. I would love it if you could talk about background symptoms that are there 24/7 - that don’t change when you are happy or relaxed, or with additional stress triggers. For context I am talking about myalgia and feelings of heaviness in the limbs. My muscle pain never changes even when I’m in the best of moods or when something really bad happens. They vary with supplements but decades of trying various mind body techniques has not shifted these background symptoms. Currently tapping daily to address old wounds and yes I should probably go back to journalling but talking and tapping seems to open me up more easily 😉
I would like more examples on how to do the journaling.I’ve talked about all of it I have no fear of looking at it, and I had some bad stuff happened in my childhood.
Well I have pelvic pain and my hips sometimes hurt. It moves around. Anyway, when I was in the medical world they had me under an device to give me a cortisone shot in my periformis muscle. Two interns were standing nearby “saying OMG, wow, etc…. I asked the doctor what they were saying and he said they’re talking about your hip cartilage because it’s so thick. So your statement is not true for every case.

How to Come to safety if You are alone ?!
You are not alone. You have the most important person in the world - yourself
Anyone with long standing interstitial cystitis working this way?
Appreciate what you do. Would great appreciate you not using The Lord's name in vein.
Chronic pain is often a symptom of cartilage loss. Unfortunately there’s nothing that will bring our cartilage back.
