Interesting! another video said to have the running head right at the top of page, i was unable to w my google docs, it is set at the middle like yours, i hope yours is the correct way. it was from 2015 maybe they changed ?

Check the links in the description for videos for the new version of APA Style. If you are a student you do not need a running head anymore.

It didn't move my cursor to where the page number needs to be when I clicked "tab"! But I used spaces instead. So it worked!! Thanks!

Yeah gotta be creative sometimes. =) As a note, in the new edition of APA Style, you do not need a running head for student papers. Check the new video in the description.

After setting up the tab stop how can I indent my paragraphs? Tab just brings me to 6.50

The new tab stop should only apply to the header, so the body should indent as normal. You might have accidentally created a tab stop in the body of the paper that needs to be removed. You can get rid of a tab stop by clicking on it and dragging it down off the ruler.

You'll want to check out the links in the video description because APA Style has changed, so this video is outdated, particularly if you are writing a paper as a student.
