The LT trim is priced with the tax credit is priced $68k and with the mid-gate is $74k on dealership lots now. I own the SEV RST FED in white and tire wear is not an issue with the 24s.
From a fellow First Edition white RST SEV owner, this is the most awesome truck I've had. It turns heads wherever I go and gives me pride in being able to afford it. I work very hard for my money and glad I bought it. I know not everyone can afford such an expensive car but capable ICE trucks are getting up there in price. No one ever mentions that. I love the range, still testing the battery and getting 485 max miles at 100% consistently. I will soon start charging to only 80% regularly. Real world range, with a full size spare wheel and tire, a 4-ton jack, I still average about 460 miles. My Audi EV rates at 245 miles but gives me about 200 miles. Don't get me started on the back seats! So big! It's the first thing I showoff to people.
@@MichaelNguyen-c7b I bought the matching spare wheel and tire from the GM parts counter too and added the WT jack in the e truck. Now I can do 5 wheel rotations. If you shop dealerships you can get $9k off if you are willing to do your homework. Stay focused on OTD not Sticker. GM guess-o-meter is pretty much spot on with range. I set mine a 65% (and adjust it as needed) to keep it plugged in all this time at home I have a dedicated EVSE for that truck. Tow our boat with no effort.

Nice review. I have 32K miles on my Rivian R1T & over the miles I have averaged 2.4 mi/kWh. I'm impressed by the Silverado. I have a shade on my Rivian (Summers in Calif are over 100° too much!) Driving the Rivian on a 400 mile day is very comfortable. I realistically have just 250 mile range in the R1T. I'm VERY interested in the Silverado. Thank you.
If you think about it, you're not just getting a truck, you're getting a 200 kWh battery back up power. That thing could power my house for a week. Who needs a generator.
🤔...a vehicle isn't efficient if it can't achieve its rated range that rig pay a premium for/so don't confuse weight or large battery to be inefficient/it's a truck and that large battery is required when you tow. The Tesla Cybertruck isn't efficient because it barely gets 250 miles empty and it's rated for 340 miles so that's not efficient and especially useless when towing so let's not confuse efficiency
GM describes this as a "new category of vehicle architecture" that isn't strictly unibody or body-on-frame"; technically, it is Not a Uni-body like you say. I own this truck with an iPhone and have no complaints about Apple Car Play and Neither does my other friend who owns one? I am confused because people that cannot even afford this vehicle are Complaining about something they cannot even buy...things that make you go....HUH??? We love the interior as its is luxury mixed with Work...its a truck. When towing Silverado is king with towing....also you say Find a Charger that is working? I have never found a station that did not have all not working...you sound like a Hater in the real......those rims measure at 25 1/2 inch.....I have measure mine....I know they say 24" but actual....25 1/2" on 35".
Special thanks to our Patreons for their support of the channel! Silverado EV or F150 Lightning?

@@dennislyons3095 question: consumer reports just dubbed Rivian as the least reliable brand - have you had many issues with your truck?
thanks for the overview, getting my RST soon
Can any of the current EV trucks tow a 5th wheel or gooseneck trailer? Or are you limited to bumper tow only?
I've got the LT trim and love it! Best truck I've ever owned!
Nice! Enjoy it!
More luxurious than the $120,000 Cybertruck.
Impressive range!
very!
What can this truck not do natively that you need that phone mirroring gives you?
If you don't scratch the door panels they won't make that sound fyi😂

I do love that feature 💯
2025 Silverado EV’s get even better range and the 8WT is close to 500 miles range. New RST rated at 460 miles
Wild! ⚡️
I don’t think Tesla or Rivian have Carplay/ Android auto.
That’s correct
