The Hershey RV show is huge, and absolutely overwhelming, but a lot of fun to attend for RV enthusiasts! One of our favorite types of RV's lately is the Super C! If you're looking to go the distance in your traveling, Super C's offer the luxurious comforts and conveniences of home on the road! We loved our Class A RV's, but have shifted our interests to the Super C for several reasons; ease of maintenance, drivability, and honestly, it just feels more like driving a truck. So we picked out 3 from the RV show we think were worth mentioning! The Tiffin Allegro Bay, Renegade, & Jayco Seneca are all Class C's we'd be thrilled to hit the road in!

We have Entegra Esteem 29V class c. We love the floor plan it has. The bunk window gets very hot. I'm hoping to have it tinted this week before we head to Florida in 2 weeks. It's a clear ceramic tint that reduces the heat, like 60%. My wife's dream is to get asuper c. Love watching your videos.
Hi guys, After having years of traveling and our last rig was a Winnebago C we are “ armchair travelers” now. I think your channel is done well. I appreciate your lack of hype and you just being yourselves. Thanks for campground tours, show tours, and personal chats! Plus Golden nuggets 👍🏻
Great gift from Matt & Sarah!
I love the Super C’s, largely because they just look like a big a$$ truck as opposed to a bus. We didn’t pay much attention to those just because we were trying to cover the TT’s and 5th wheels on our list. So hard to see it all, next time we’ll take a look.
Sherri from MD is excited about the merch store, this video is going to be expensive lol.
Haha! Sorry about that! Yeah Jarrett loves the ride of the truck too, so we’ve always liked the idea of the C’s.
Cover on the bed in the Renegade is for the stairwell so nothing or no one falls down the stairs while moving about like when in motion or parked. Higher trim levels have motorized stairs we'll covers.
Oh nice! Good to know! Thank you ☺️
Great video! Thanks for taking us along.
We are in our fifth wheel phase, but we do see a Super C in our future one day…. Just need to figure out how we are going to afford it. 😂
Go with a HDT. Then Jarod can get a big W900 and tow the 5th wheel he wants.
Jarrett… Get Val that Montana with the Bike Room. 😂
@@AdventuresOurWay ill send you my address so you can send that check….
The renegade was simply beautiful. The decor was very home. Wow, the Tiffen RV had me at the bedroom and bathroom. Alex isn't a fan of having a washer/ dryer because he says I'll be doing laundry all the time😊 (he's probably right) the Jayco was nice but kinda dark. Love the Adjustable bed.
Hi guys, we get home from church on Sundays and me and my wife look forward to watching your videos. Appreciate your channel.
God Bless you always in your journey’s.
Thank you so much ☺️
Oh my, you two are such a joy to watch! Keep up the great work on your channel!
Thank you!
i had to google what a super C was hahah great video - something to strive for when my kids are roadtrip age !
I agree with Val on not liking the super shiny floors. I like the nice tile but I don’t want it so shiny! That Renegade was sweet but also out of our price range. I missed that you had a Holiday Rambler! We came close to buying one at Hershey! It’s still in the running. We have looked at Super C but we haven’t found one That checks all of the boxes yet. What a nice gift from Tobacco Barn Craftsman! We follow them on FB. They make some really cool stuff!
Nice super C video review. I’m with you wanted a C but got an Alliance 382 RK. Your kitchen although not finished, it’s looking good! New Montana? Could be a Brinkley also!
@@walterrafolski5662
Thank you! Completed remodel pics coming soon. Definitely love those Montanas!
We too like the Super C’s, but the one’s I like are out of our price range. We are retiring in 10 months so we went with a Brinkley Z3400. We love it. For us it checks all the boxes. Maybe someday though we might go with a gently used one.
BTW I do like the Golden Nuggets. And the world famous bike tour gets honorable mention.
Awesome review. We love the Renegade Verona LE 40LRB, same floor plan as the Explorer but not on Cascadia chassis. Not in the budget.. hmm i still have 2 kidneys, I only need 1.. LOL. Great floor plans. Thanks for sharing.
Looking forward to your 5th wheel episode.
Love the new kitchen, so much more bright and light, very beautiful!! My daughter told me I need to head to your Merch shop, she needs a hoodie .. 😅😂
@@the4mouseketeers
Thanks so much! It IS much lighter and brighter! Will show you guys more soon, it’s complete now.
Sure, if y’all wanna sport a Jarrett’s bike tour T, shop away! 😎😜
One of the reasons we bought our 2020 Dynamax Super C was that it has propane and switches! lol - sometimes it is the little things! Of course Scott liked the M2 106 Chassis vs the S2RV Chassis (Jayco, etc). Mind you - we would LOVE to have bigger chassis like the M2 112 or a Cascadia… or KW! Gotta look at a custom 1492 Coachworks for that though 🤑
@@WildBlueWanderers I like simple. Less to go wrong most of the time
We loved the Seneca prestige too, hence why we ordered the exact model 37M at the show except we went for the free standing dinette option. I thought tiffin was going to be the one for us, but the small bunk above the cab and the stupid little window, plus other little niggles pushed us to the Jayco overall.
@@paulbarlow3173
How fun!! Congratulations 🎉
Jayco stay among our favorite brand. We love our 2018 Greyhawk (regular class C). That one was almost our 29MV layout.
@@MulligansBlog We like the Jayco’s as well.
You guys just keep getting better. Keep up the good work. Just a FYI, I’ve was unsubscribed from your site.
Thanks for the info about UA-cam on the unsubscribing deal. And thanks for watching.
I agree with the Renegade, except when you open the door you are looking at the Toilet if the restroom doir is open. But the price tag is WAY up there , as noted the Cascadia chassis will do that. The Tiffin was awesome outside, not a fan of the interior. The Jayco ... I would prefer the sister coach from Entegra.
My favorite (with reasonable price) was the new Pasadena layout. The new XL was awesome.
Show Hauler will build on a Pete chassis, way out of my range. Start at $800+
Great video
Love your channel and I am all about the Jayco Super C down the road. Our first TT was a Jayco White Hawk and our current is a Jayco Jayflight. I really love Jayco and they are affordable! Loving the new kitchen (yes I peeked) and I think that sign would go great over that door that was behind you. Of course I did not see what was in front of you LOL. I am definitely going to buy some merch!
@@kristingrounds4163
I thought about that doorway, but we found another spot for it for now. We’ll be showing y’all soon! Thanks so much! Always good to hear from ya!
I have a Seneca 37K.. the prestige has no propane.. regular Seneca has propane for the water heater and furnace. Mine does have air ride seats.
@@erikwolff5007 love those air rides!
I too am looking to go Super C and love Renegade. Check out the Verona V36b. It does have a radius shower but is on M2 106 chassis, is all electric, and has cab over bunk. Retails for around $410k but you can get that down to around $300k. Around the price you mentioned.
I agree with Val on not liking the super shiny floors. I like the nice tile but I don’t want it so shiny! That Renegade was sweet but also out of our price range. @@campinwiththeconfers
Hey Confers! Yes, we loved our HR Nautica! Just became too much responsibility, financially and with maintenance. Wasn’t gonna be financially practical for the next season of our lives. Really do miss it though! Soooo comfortable! ☺️
The C may come into play in maybe another 5 yrs or so. 🤷🏻♀️ But we sure do love looking at ‘em! Nothing wrong with dreamin’!
Renegades are a @ wallet RV! LOL! Great video
@@braddenton7673 I’ll just borrow your wallet
Great video. We've been considering the "Super" C's built on the Ford F-600 4x4 chassis. Friendlier to the budget.
@@RamblinRoadies The F600 chassis is a good middle ground for sure. I'm curious why you looking at a 4X4 though?
@@OurNextAdventurejvh I've been stuck on wet grass or gravel with 4x2 trucks before. Plus the F-600 is diesel. I prefer diesels for power and exhaust brake.
You guys should rename your channel Boujee Briars 😂
I just wanted to mention, I also love Renegade. They have models with the bunk over cab.. I have to say that the floor plan that you looked at, I don’t like. The refrigerator right behind the driver, mostly a safety thing with me, and I prefer the televator, and I’m with you about the radial showers, I hate them. Renegade is a solid product, and I would stick with that brand, or a Newmar. Since Thor bought Tiffin and Jayco, I stay away from them. Tiffin has been having some real issues with their coaches, and if you are spending that kind of money on a product, you expect a good product and service. Jayco has seemed to cut corners also. Oh and the board on the bed is for the stairwell. So you don’t fall in
@@BajaGirl302 Everyone we talk to who has the Renegades seems to like them. I think the cheaper models tend to have that radial shower. I would definitely consider that Super C, though.
Just a heads up about the dark colors, we have a class A with black and maroon which when we got was one of the main reasons I liked it but in the past year we have learned that the dark colors are terrible in the heat. We have to find rv spots where we can have plenty of shade because even when it is only like 70 outside if the sun is shining on the unit it is all we can do to keep the inside cooled down and July in the mid west when we didn't have any shade was MISERABLE so our future rvs will not be dark colored as cool as they may look
@@NotByCoincidenceMinistries
Great point! Definitely would be hotter! Saw a mini Winnie TT recently that looked like it was bright red, but the sun got a hold of it and turned it almost pink! One side was still pretty red and the other was terribly faded. Not sure how long those fun colors will stick around if demand for them isn’t very high. Pretty still has to be functional.
Unless i missed the point,, what are the costs of the “3”
@@marknorwood107 Honestly, we didn't say much about them since they were show prices. I do know the Jayco was the cheapest just because our local dealer has those up the road from us.
Good Morning J&V, Great video this week. Let me ask, am I the only one that does not understand 2 baths or a bath and a half in RV’s? I just don’t understand an area of 8 feet by 30-40 feet having two baths when space is so important in any type of RV. Just seems like that space could be better used for something else. Also my wife is currently surfing the Tobacco Barn site, I think it’s gonna cost me a lot!!
We have really been looking at the Cedar Creek 5th wheels lately, well built and durable. Take Care!!
Have Fun!!! Stay Safe!!
@@johnhay1782
Hey there! Yes, we too don’t love having to clean two baths, but in drivables, that half bath closer to the front is great for using when driving or stopping to fuel up. You don’t have to get out and go use the public bathrooms! We loved it in our class A during our travels over the Covid years. In 5th wheels, we don’t think it’s necessary to have two. Just our opinion from experience of having to clean two.
Yes go support a small, local business! Great people and fun stuff!
I am with you on Super C’s should be built on Paccar trucks! Pete’s and KW. It’s a shame you can longer power them with Cat engines! Nobody really wants to drive a Volvo or Freightliner! I don’t like the black wheels on any big trucks. I and from the polished aluminum camp and chrome!
@@carlwilliams1570 A big, long, square nose on a Pete or KW twin stacks, air cleaners, and a drop visor with a 3406B Cat would be incredible. I can go either way on the black or chrome wheels. It just depends on the overall look of the rig.
@@OurNextAdventurejvh with 3 pedals and a fuller 13 or 18 speed!
@@carlwilliams1570 and a obnoxious Jake brake with straight pipes.
What color stain is on the cabinet behind you?
@@RussellSimmons-p6r
In our kitchen? Cappuccino
@@OurNextAdventurejvh Thank you
What brand is it? Your kitchen is beautiful. We are doing ours and I love that stain.
@@RussellSimmons-p6r
Thank you so much! I’m sorry I don’t know, these were custom built and stained. I don’t know the brand of the stain used. I could ask, but it’d be sometime next week before they got back to me. The off white I do know is Alabaster by Sherwin Williams.
