Absolutely the way to go with left over or fresh fried pork chop or variation of. I looked forward to the leftovers when the pork was being fried in my Parents house. You should try frying the pork in seasoned corn meal, my Mom used commercial seasoned fish fry.Fried pork ribs are great fried with this too. Oh this makes my mouth water.

Those onion rolls look fantastic! Well, so does the rest of the sandwich. Pork cutlets are a HUGE favorite of mine, hot or cold. I always make extra so I can have one for breakfast the next morning. Somehow mine gets eaten right out of the refrigerator before I'm fully conscious. How does that happen? You two are a joy to watch, and I'm always smiling and hungry by the time you sign off. Mark's shirt is EPIC, and I snorted chocolate milk out of my nose when he stepped into frame. Hilarious! Be well and stay happy!

This is on the menu for this weekend. The cabbage salad looks amazing, but the Polish Ranch dressing that sounds so good. And the onion rolls, what a cherry on the top. Kind of like a BLT, breaded style. I am super excited about the cabbage salad. Thanks

Schnitzel Sandwich in Germany....we had many of those in the 80's while my hubby was serving in the military there. Although they served it on the standard German bread, the shape of it fits a more oval shaped loaf.

Wow! I haven't seen a video from you in a while. But I haven't been on UA-cam much. You guys look fantastic. Looks like you both have lost weight. Or maybe I just haven't paid much attention. But I have to say that these sandwiches look so damn good! I'm definitely going to make these, including your homemade rolls. And I saw you making your sandwich with just mustard and that tangy slaw and swore that I must be part polish! I only ever put mustard on my sandwich. So this is right up my alley! I can't wait to try this!

It is actually much, much, much more healthful to fry in pork lard, or an olive oil, or other natural meat fat (chicken fat, for example), than it is to fry in any kind of vegetable oil (canola, corn oil, or other highly processed so called "vegetable" oils). Peanut oil is good too, but pork fat is very digestible and healthy. Butter is wonderful too.

My American husband hates HATES sandwiches. He grew up eating cheap bologna and cheese sandwiches on plain white bread. Since we met i made some good ol polish sandwiches which he had zero interest in. Then I'd told him they are not sandwiches but kanapki. It worked. Now when I make kanspki he gets excited. The word sandwich is still not allowed in our hone. 😅😂
