We've got great Polish recipes coming, today we are making a beautiful side dish! Kopytka, these are super easy to make potato dumplings and are perfect with any meal! I am serving mine with a super secret meat sauce, which you'll need to check out in my channel this week!

Ingredients:
1Kg Boiled Potatoes
200g Flour
1 Egg
1 Tsp Salt

Kopytka are really very good but even better are "leniwe" ones made of Polish cottage cheese.

Kopytka next day, fried on butter when they are crispy, and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon🤤
Oh I have had fried Kopytka before but not with cinnamon and sugar, I'll add it to the list, Thanks 😍

The way I make the dough is just put some flour on the middle of the counter and the egg and the potatoes then mix with your hands
I often make a mess that way ha ha! but its definitely an option 😀

My partner of 12 years is Polish lol does that make me a little bit Polish? 🇵🇱 Ah but in all seriousness I have been able to experience so much of the cuisine and culture through my partner, I’m very fond of it 😄
