Then grill them on top heated grill, the one you can get in Poland and they have heaters on top and are open, the small heaters they used in vendors. Use ketchup, in Warsaw they mostly used Krzepki Radek or Słodka Ania ketchups, i HIGHLY reccomend them if you can get them in Polish store at your place.
