    [Ingredients] 6 pieces
    (Dough)
    210g strong bread flour
    20g cake flour
    3g salt
    6g salted butter
    5g sugar
    3g yeast
    150g water
    (filling)
    Salted butter 9g × 6
    [How to make]
    1. Knead the dough for 20 minutes
    2. Ferment the dough for 40 minutes
    3. Divide the dough into 6 parts and roll them
    4. Leave at room temperature for 10 minutes
    5. Stretch the dough into a 50cm triangle and shape it.
    6. Ferment the dough for 60 minutes
    7. Mist and sprinkle salt
    8. Place in preheated oven for 3 minutes
    9. Bake in the oven at 220℃ (425℉) for 10 minutes and at 200℃ (400℉) for 13 minutes.
