I had this exact model. My dad bought it for my 12 or 13th birthday, we're talking like 42 yrs ago! think he got it at Spencer's. I had it for a couple weeks until blue fluid started leaking all over my dresser. I wish I could get another one. 😔

I have one of these but with the dolphins inside I absolutely treasure and adore it however the motor is making a loud grinding noise I would like to replace the motor but I can't seem to find replacement parts for it. Any advice?

This is the first time I have heard about the "Air Trap". What is that? It obviously works as this is one of the best performers I have seen. Can you please explain how the Air Trap works? Thanks.

It traps the air bubble in the vessel thats necessary for fluid expansion during different temperatures. It's in the end cap in the right. You trap the air bubble inside the little chamber so it's hidden out of site.
