I live in Japan but these dudes always do car meets at Daikoku parking lots. You don't see em in streets daytime when youtubers are hard at filming. These are done midnights when polices are asleep.
This was the best episode of the new top gear, hopefully they do another similiar in Japan.
Harris and Leblanc also showed some real chemistry in the RX7 and GT-T Road trip

Very few of the Lambosozoku riders actually race, almost none of them in reality. First because it brings much more attention from 12 than the cars already do, and second because they're more on the "disturb the peace" style. Thus why revving the engine is almost a rule.
This was the best Top Gear video in years.

In japan if u do how ever get a wow attention u will get wow. But in some other countries u get more of jealousies. They would throw things at ur car simply cz they cant afford what u can they dont understand a car enthusiasts passion. ( my experience)

It's honestly no surprise to see these neon lights on super cars or better yet strange body kits in Japan. Like this guy said in this video clip "The world is full of uniqueness nowadays." I honestly don't blame him not one bit. Big like on this video, I sure want to drive those expensive super cars. Man I'm jealous but that's ok some day I will.
