I got my forsus spring, a telescopic one. The eating with those is next to impossible. Luckily, mine are easy to remove. So I keep removing them before each meal. It took me like 10 days to learn how to deal with them, but now all is better.

I have a spring that broke and I’m looking everywhere on how to fix it. I legit can’t find the one that my orthodontists used and they open on Monday so I’ll have to wait 2 damn days just for this to be fixed.

I have heard that once your braces get removed, your bite starts getting back to previous situation. In short braces are just useless, a temporary treatment.
Is this just a myth or a fact?
