You cannot broker service contracts with the federal government. Pursuant to 13 CFR § 125.6 your business must perform at least 50% of the contracted services with its own employees (except for construction contracts, where the minimum required is 15%).
I strongly recommend anyone who listens to your schemes consult an attorney who is well versed in the laws and regulations related to federal contracting before acting upon your advice.
It really isn't smart to gamble on whether or not you will get caught violating federal laws and regulations, for the downside is spending years behind bars and suffering fines and civil damages.

THANKS for video. I just stated my LLC and used my home address, now I’m in process of changing my address in system with virtual one. It’s taking me longer than expected but I’m ok with it. Yes, you can go through your easy peasy way of navigating the sign up process. I find it somewhat tough/aggravating. Like an 'API key'. What is it? do you need it? How do you create/get an Entity name?? Etc.
Your entity name is based on your legal business name and you can get text messages in lieu of an API key.

These kinds of people often go to prison if they do not do what they claim!

This is some very bad advice. If you win the work, then you must perform at least 15% of the labor with employees of your business (as a sole proprietorship this means you) or at least 50% of the labor with your employees for other contracts for services. You cannot use 1099 contractors because they do not count as employees. If you fail to meet the performance requirements, then you can be prosecuted for procurement fraud.
If prosecuted for procurement fraud, then every invoice submitted by mail is a separate act of mail fraud and each one submitted by wire is a separate count of wire fraud. Under the Qui Tam law you would be subject to treble damages of the face value of each invoice PLUS $15,000 per invoice.
Complying with federal government contracts is not something that a person unfamiliar with federal laws and regulations is prepared for. It is every easy to end up in jail or bankrupt by failing to comply with federal laws and regulations or contract terms.

A tax ID number is FREE via the IRS. Register a corporate has a fee. They are two separate things.
