You’ve made my day! I’ve had some significant health challenges that have greatly slowed down video production, but I’m hoping to get back to it soon. My speech has been affected by multiple surgeries for tongue cancer (especially the most recent one earlier this year) and I confess to being a little self-conscious about it. You are correct - I am a passionate researcher and storyteller. So many great stories to tell!
My mother is the only person I know who said she liked doing dishes. But talking to her older sister, I found out that this must have been a journey getting to that point, because she didn't wash dishes until she absolutely had to when she first got married and then I was born. When I was about 14, she decided that I should like to wash dishes as well. That didn't work out too well, I hated washing dishes then and for the next 60 years, and don't see that changing anytime soon.
