Which would be recommended for DCA only cash $300/month for lowest cost? Endowus Amundi Prime USA or Syfe VOO?
15.3k in srs using edownus, should I change to poem? Not planing to add money anytime soon so won't be paying commission for recurring.
Hmm the Amundi Prime US fund has the US withholding tax rate? Isn't the Management company Amundi Luxembourg S.A. that has a US-Luxembourg tax treaty of 15% withholding tax instead?
E-mailed Endowus & this was their reply:
"Thank you for reaching out.
The Amundi Prime USA Fund, as a UCITS unit trust, is subject to a 30% dividend-withholding tax at a portfolio level, which is tax due by the fund for holding and receiving dividends/income on the underlying securities.
On a fund-level, which is due by the investor, UCITs funds do not charge withholding tax for income and dividends. As such there will be no withholding taxes due from the investor.
(The 15% tax rate on Irish-domiciled funds is specifically for ETFs.)"
What is your opinion of VT compared to VOO? Is it safer & won't lose to much profit to invest worldwide (VT) or just in US (VOO), although more than half of VT are US companies?
VT for those who prefer international diversification, so on your own preference

I have reached out to Endowus clarifying on dividend withholding taxes on Amundi Prime USA Fund and BlackRock iShares US Index fund and here is the response.
"For the Amundi Prime USA Fund, as a UCITS unit trust fund, it is subject to a 30% DWT. These taxes are handled on the fund level which means that we do not incur any additional taxes as an investor in Singapore. For the BlackRock iShares US Index Fund, as it uses E-mini futures to replicate the S&P 500 index, it is thus not subject to any dividend-withholding tax, because there are no dividends to be had (the dividend 'value' is booked in the NAV). This means that the index fund using synthetic replication will benefit from an additional 15% of dividend values compared to UCITS ETFs, and an additional 30% when compared to UCITS unit trusts (like the Amundi fund) and US-domiciled ETFs."
Does that mean that BlackRock iShares US Index Fund is best for SRS, if i want to DCA compared to S27?
noticed that you have been selling moomoo because you are sponsored although you know that IBKR is the most cost-efficient. I feel you should figure out this conflict of interest you are facing because it’s obvious and it is slowly turning us viewers away. Just my two cents.
It may not be fair to say there is conflict of interest. I have compared IBKR vs Tiger. In the end, i still stick to Tiger because there is regular voucher and more importantly, the cash transfer is instantaneous. It’s a matter of preference.

This is his channel, he can recommend whatsoever app he finds easiest or best for his channel. He can recommend but you can don’t use. It’s your choice.
