Very nice dish Chef Gambo but have to omit the added salt since I can't have it in my system. I would like to wish you and Chef Sue a safe and Happy Chinese New Year next week. I plan to make a 3 course meal for my family as they love Chinese home cooked meals which you both helped me to make it possible. Plan to watch a Dragon Dance too. Thank-you both so much.
