As shown in a recent poll, the number two video you guys wanted to see was, What I made my first year as a nurse.
Loved this! Thank you for your transparency. Keep working hard!
Blessings, thank you for making the video it's helping lots of newcomers to the medical field.
You got the best videos! Short n perfect! Gave me motivation to go submit these ATI quizzes
Very nice and detailed video.
Graduated high school a year ago and I’m looking forward to study nursing.
Thanks for the insight
Thank you so much for your transparency, I appreciate all your videos. I start my program in August and graduate next July. 💗💕
NP. Good luck on your journey 💕
where did you do your program?
What schooool
Thank you for the transparency. I’m getting ready to take my NCLEX just waiting for my ATT. 🥺 congrats on coming back to the nursing world.
Good luck 🍀
Thanks for sharing! I think I want to take the LPN route cause it’s faster than the RN route.
It can be faster, but do some research I’ve definitely seen some RN routes that are only an additional 3-6 months. If your not too pressed for time you might want to do the additional few months for a higher pay bracket
Been watching your vids and it’s so inspiring. Question, when you started working did they help with refreshing skills? I’ve been wondering about this part
Yes working really helped. I was able to ask my peers questions and everyone was so helpful.
I'm so nervous ima start nursing program after February because I'm already getting my associates degree in applied science I wanna take my education further and I'm convinced I wanna do nursing school
Being nervous is normal, but don’t let nerves keep you from doing it. Nursing isn’t easy, but it’s very rewarding (not just monetarily)
I make 29 as a nursing tech in nyc currently in an lpn program but is not a big difference though in pay rate.
Not not much. Some staff jobs can pay lpns that same rate. But I think most are around 35$ an hour with benefits. Or 45+ agency (no benefits). I will say as far as job security, it’s very stable with plenty of opportunities for overtime etc.
Thank you for sharing the details. Do you have any plans on becoming an RN?
Yes. Already enrolled to start the process. I’ll share sometime soon.
Hello I also want to start my lpn program please can u suggest me which school I join I am in queens
I'm taking my teas test in 2 weeks any advice how can i pass? My goal is to be lpn and then bsn
Did you pass
Hi, where did you go to get your LPN License?
I did it when I was in highschool. Clara Barton HS in brooklyn
@@rachela23 Thank you
I’m interested in going to school for LPN. Do you know of any schools that you’d consider reputable? I live in the Bronx😊
Which lpn program you went to? Im from NYC.

@@rachela23 lucky you. Im at medgar evers college and I have to wait until 2024 to start. Smh
@@rachela23 when did you graduate HS?
@@tammerry9496 It be helpful if more HS did programs where students can gain credits to become an Lpn, childcare provider etc. I looked into a second degree for nursing. But the colleges pre courses here in NYC it's alot. Instead of being a fast track program will take me the regular 4 yrs to complete. Not sure how they expect people who didn't study a science to have those classes.
There is no income tax in Florida.
I wish it was the same in ny. Unfortunately not.
@@rachela23my mom just did a stint down there as a 20yr+ experienced BSN and she got a promotion in title, but a huge pay cut vs upstate ny. She came back it was so bad
