- Process took over several days, and my exhaustion was worth it. This is probably one of the most complex and difficult pop piano transcriptions I have written.
I started working on this transcription a month ago when I listened to this song and seeing the scarcity of piano covers of this particular song made me start on this. After searching properly, I found a newly-released transcription of it which I loved but it was sadly only for piano-duo and not for piano solo. This came to become part of my inspiration for making my own rendition of the piano transcription in solo.
I love how the "sfx parts" sums up some of Pierre Boulez's piano writing.

Frying eggs while listening to this sucks. They look like they were painted by Picasso, taste like a solid chunk of salt, and i have a sense of inevitable, impending doom which makes me dizzy. 10/10, would recommend.

I'm gonna come back in 5 years to see if I can play this haha-- but probably not. I just started taking piano a month ago but I've been doing violin for 3 years and briefly played like 4-5 years ago. So... wish me luck? this is one of the most beautiful and inspiring songs I've heard, I love kikuo's music with all my heart.

Thank you for transcribing this!! I'm a huge fan of this song and was listening to it earlier today, and was wondering if there has ever been a cover for it because of its complexity. Lo and behold!! Still looks insanely difficult to play (so many smooth jumps between octaves omg), don't think it had been ever attempted by a human before (will need to search more), but I might try playing an easier version based on this. Thank you once again for releasing this!!
