This makes sense, taking action to heal is necessary instead of just sitting waiting for time to heal you. I personally I don't like to say loss since Death is a doorway to another existence..we are eternal beings .. blessings to you all..keep sharing useful information

Honestly, ever since my wife left me for another guy, took our child and divorced me, I have never been the same. I forgave her, so im not bitter about it. At the same time I can break down in tears thinking about all the time I didn't have with him growing up. It was beyond devastating. Mainly because I loved my wife and our family. I only got to experience 3 years as a family. Sure I have gotten better, but I push people away before they have chance to do it to me. My behaviour can be very self-destructive and impulsive as a result. I had one long term relationship since but I ended that one as well. Rejection and the loss that came with it never fully heals.
