in this video we're going to talk about sales methodologies and I have an analogy: Sales methodologies are a lot like pizza! There are a lot of methodologies out there and many are fantastic - they're a North star in helping you guide sales process as you move it along the funnel. Many of them are excellent and helping to train sales professionals to ask the right questions.
Just as there are different styles of pizza, such as Chicago, New York, Detroit, etc. There are also different types of sales methodologies that have a different approach, but are very similar in many aspects. Most organizations should become familiar with a methodology. However, it doesn't mean you have to adhere to it very specifically. It's possible to tweak the recipe just a little bit - as you might if you are making your own pizza.
