Have you heard of Two Point Hospital? It's a fun modern remake of Theme Hospital, where it expands on all the ideas and concepts of the original. I'm sure you'd really enjoy playing it. Anyway, how did Colossus get away with no deaths? I think they clearly modified the numbers and inflated their own heads to make themselves look good. Affro Hospital is the real best hospital.
