1st in the HISTORY of Calisthenics? Insane Workout Session [SUB ENG]

We had an amazing night training session! Lorenzo did a new calisthenics freestyle move (minute 4:25), he was probably the 1st guy in the whole calisthenics world to do a back swing with backflip and regrab the bar. We named this move "The Surpoli" also known as the "Surpoflip" ahahah. Let me know if you want more videos like this one! Cheers.
