for the single egg beater foot lock I've seen other videos where the fabric is wrapped around the foot twice like you would do in the the double eggbeater. Is it safe to do it with just one wrap?

I am a beginner, and my favorite move from a double footlock is a crossback straddle :)

We used to pull the fabric with our hands 🙌. Is that good?
